I lost my Hydraulic Fluid in my Front Brake, while on a bike tour with (89) riders, stopped by this store for emergency service, was greeted in seconds, they put aside a bike they were working on, serviced mine and had me back with my group in less than (20) minutes …. Nisswa Bob :-)

This shop is right on the bike path. The helpful owner quickly adjusted my brake pad which was rubbing. No charge!!

My tire wouldn’t hold air so I brought it to trek and they replaced my tube and put it on all in about 30 minutes all for a low price I will 100% bring my bike back to trek for any future issues and I also 100% recommend trek

I was riding my Specialized Creo2 into Inverness and was having rear derailer issues. I happen to see this Trek dealer on the trail, and I think they probably won't want to deal with my bike..Boy was I wrong, they worked me in and was only off the trail about 30 minutes. Technician is very knowledgable and gave me some great tips. All the employees had a great attitude. Corp. Trek should take notice of this shop.

I'm from out of town (Huntsville AL), here in Inverness visiting my brother. I had my rear derailleur break at the hanger on the withlacoochie trail, and was looking at a 5 mile walk back to home base. A friendly bike technician from the shop saw me walking on the trail, said come by the shop and we'll see what we can do. He had my derailleur fixed, remounted, fixed my rear shifter and straightened out my rear wheel, all in about 15 minutes and at a very reasonable price! I was back on the trail with a refreshed bike in no time. They were courteous, helpful and professional. Sometime guardian angels appear disguised as bicycle technicians.

They did a fantastic repair job for me. I had an issue with a disc break pad dragging. They got it right and got me back on the road.
I was hesitant to bring my non Trek bike in (It's a custom built Seven.) So, I took it to another local shop for the repair. The other shop replaced the disc pads. This did not fix the problem. I should have brought it here first. They really did a great job for me.
