Trek has treated me impeccably well. They have went over and beyond during my visit in Citrus County. I have had several tune ups for a non costly expenditure and free services. I was also gifted a free bike at the end of my stay for a job opportunity. I feel so blessed for the company’s charity.

The team was very helpful, if there was a question I had that they wasn't sure about they were able to find the answer quickly. They gave me plenty of their time when discussing the bike that would work best for me. Very friendly and helpful. What a terrific and convenient bike shop. People were very friendly and helpful directing us to local trails and answering all of our Trek bike questions. We were able to purchase gear at a reasonable price. On top of all that, they lent me some flat pedals to use because I forgot my clip-in shoes. They really saved the day for us.

I lost my Hydraulic Fluid in my Front Brake, while on a bike tour with (89) riders, stopped by this store for emergency service, was greeted in seconds, they put aside a bike they were working on, serviced mine and had me back with my group in less than (20) minutes …. Nisswa Bob :-)

This shop is right on the bike path. The helpful owner quickly adjusted my brake pad which was rubbing. No charge!!
