I had a great experience with Inverness Trek Bike Shop and wanted to share my appreciation.
I brought in my Trek e-bike with what turned out to be a serious issue. Their mechanic suspected a frame problem right away and worked closely with Trek’s main office in Wisconsin, following every recommendation to try to fix it. Even though the process took a few months, they kept me riding by loaning me an e-bike the entire time.
When it became clear the issue couldn’t be resolved, they stepped up and worked with Trek to get me a full replacement—and even rushed the order so I had it before I left for the season.
