Stopped by last week because I was having trouble clipping in and out with my new bike (purchased up north but not ridden until we got to Florida). They spent a ton of time trying to get my pedals and cleats adjusted and finally put new pedals and cleats on, which helped tremendously. I was very pleased with their friendly service and the time they were willing to spend, even though I offered to leave the bike and come back later. I highly recommend Trek of Inverness! Bought my trek marlin 5 here,very happy with the people that work here and also the bike I purchased!Brought my bike back in to be serviced since I ride everyday to work and don't have a lot of free time to be working on my bike!The mechanic they have right now is top notch and the test of the staff is great as well!So happy with this place that I will be purchasing another bike from here in the future,time for full suspension!

Took my Domane AL3 in for repairs and I must say they did a great job. The bike rides very smooth and shifts like when I first bought it. I work on cars for a living, so being able to do things like this is an art and crafts. Shout out to the bike technician for doing a wonderful job.

Excellent service from the team at Trek Bicycle. I brought in my wife's speed bike to fix a bent tire, and they completed the repair immediately. The staff was highly professional and friendly. I highly recommend this shop for quick and efficient service.

Great service and reasonable pricing. I have small wheel electric bike, the tire size makes it unlikely that it is carried in stock. It was ordered for me. I arranged to have it installed and on a conventional bike I would have no trouble installing it myself. This was the rear tire which requires the removal of the entire wheel assembly etc. which I did not want to attempt. They installed it for me and took their time tuning and adjusting the whole bike rear to front. Thanks to all of you for great service and reasonable pricing.

Furman is the MAN! TBI really came through in a big way to help me be able to finish the HuRaCaN 300 bike pack adventure race! Everyone in the shop was so kind and helpful! Highly recommend stopping in if you’re in the area. This is how a bike shop should operate!
