My girlfriend and I have rented e bikes here twice now and have had a great experience both times. The Withlacoochee trail is so nice. We were able to bike about 50 miles round trip. We went south all the way to the ridge manor trailhead. Was about 3.5 hours of pedaling altogether. Still had battery left on the bikes when we made it back. We did it in the middle of may when the temp was about mid 80s, there is a lot of shade along the trail, Almost the entire way, plus the breeze from cruising so it feels pretty good. The employees are super nice and very helpful. We wanted to get an early start to cover as much ground as we did and someone was able to meet us there before they even opened up to get us out on the trail. Super nice. There is storage bags set up on the bike and we had forgotten a pair of raybans in one of the bags without even realizing it. A couple days later they called us to tell us they found our sunglasses and would mail them to us free of charge. Incredibly nice. Highly recommend this place.

I have purchased 2 bicycles here. An FX 3 baby blue for my wife. And a few years later an FX 2 for myself. I had an older Trek mountain bike that the back axle/ Bearings were not working properly.Tyson was the mechanic at the time ..maybe 2023..He fixed me up with a brand new rear tire/ wheel/ axel for a very reasonable price . In my estimation Trek has a proven track record and to be honest .We never took them back for the free tune up .Daughter in CA rides s Trek 30 miles a day..Her bike is the VERY high end so my belief is Trek satisfies all budgets.

Trek has treated me impeccably well. They have went over and beyond during my visit in Citrus County. I have had several tune ups for a non costly expenditure and free services. I was also gifted a free bike at the end of my stay for a job opportunity. I feel so blessed for the company’s charity.

The team was very helpful, if there was a question I had that they wasn't sure about they were able to find the answer quickly. They gave me plenty of their time when discussing the bike that would work best for me. Very friendly and helpful. Seeing how they treated other customers as well showed their professionalism and enjoyment to help and work for trek of Inverness.

What a terrific and convenient bike shop. People were very friendly and helpful directing us to local trails and answering all of our Trek bike questions. We were able to purchase gear at a reasonable price. On top of all that, they lent me some flat pedals to use because I forgot my clip-in shoes. They really saved the day for us.
