Demi and the whole crew at Trek Bicycle Inverness were awesome to work with! They listened to a ton of our questions, helped us find the right ride, and then made sure our new trikes were individually fit and perfect for us before we left the store. I cannot recommend them and this business highly enough! Very impressed!

Thank you Furman, David and Trek Inverness team.Was at shop 4/2026 visiting Inverness for few days. I stop in out of the blue to have a E-cat kit put on my catrike they were very accommodating. Had my recumbent ready for pickup with in 24hours so I could ride the trails.Thank you guys for your super,super customer service. YOUR SHOP IS THE CAT'S MEOW !!!

I had a great experience with Inverness Trek Bike Shop and wanted to share my appreciation.
I brought in my Trek e-bike with what turned out to be a serious issue. Their mechanic suspected a frame problem right away and worked closely with Trek’s main office in Wisconsin, following every recommendation to try to fix it. Even though the process took a few months, they kept me riding by loaning me an e-bike the entire time.
When it became clear the issue couldn’t be resolved, they stepped up and worked with Trek to get me a full replacement—and even rushed the order so I had it before I left for the season.
Big thanks to Furman, Demi, and Dave for their persistence and excellent customer care. I really appreciate everything they did!

Incredible service! I came in on a Saturday afternoon with a complex bike issue. Dave and Furman spent 2 hours on my son's road bike, which was in bad shape. There was a Trek recall on a part and the work required 2-3 weeks. My son was training for Ironman Texas with the race only 4 weeks away. Furman set him up with a loaner to train on until his bike was ready. Picking up his Trek Domane today, exactly 2 weeks later. So grateful. Thank you.

I hadn't been on a bike for at least 10 years, but wanted to cycle with my family while visiting the area, I was very pleased by the way Demi helped me set up the bike I rented and made sure I was comfortable and confident before pedaling off.

Stopped by last week because I was having trouble clipping in and out with my new bike (purchased up north but not ridden until we got to Florida). They spent a ton of time trying to get my pedals and cleats adjusted and finally put new pedals and cleats on, which helped tremendously. I was very pleased with their friendly service and the time they were willing to spend, even though I offered to leave the bike and come back later. I highly recommend Trek of Inverness!
