MARK.This has totally changed my mind set from impossiblility to reality. Drastic action should be taking as urgent without delay. All my doing must be repeated from time to time. Knowledge must always be acquired and continue .

MARK. M - MINDSET A. - ACTIONS R. - REPETITION K. - KNOWLEDGE Mindset - is all about experience, education and exposure. Fixed and Growth are the 2 types of mindset. Actions - selling is transfer of felling. Needs comes first. Repetition- what you do repeatedly gets accustomed to you. Knowledge - knowledge is key to success.

My experience I had on MARK. M = Having growth mind set will help me to explore on sales more rather than limiting myself. A = This is the key for me now in achieving my set goals by immediately act in things instead of proscastination. R = Focusing and doing things that will make me achieve my set goal should be habitual. K = Having enough knowledge is a great thing for me in handling important and crucial issues.

My experience on MARK. M - Mindset. I was able to realise that you are what you think you are. Mindset determine our success or failure. A - Action . I was able to learn that i must not delay actions on issues pertaining my job for better result. Act now and not later. R- Repetitions . What i do often eventually becomes part of me. Become an habits. K - Knowledge. My knowledge of products customers, market determine my success. Knowledge becomes a success factor when rightly applied to situation .

The MARK Excellent presentation. The training was very practical. So much lessons to learn. I was able to understand the areas that needed improvement and those that needed complete change. What to do to have a successful career and achieve whatever goal I set for myself. Most importantly how to work with my team to achieve our set goals.

MARK Experience was awesome to me because M stand for Mindset which helped me to begin has a good mindset towards my customers now and also a good mindset about my job which means am not doing it for my company alone but also to develop myself. MARK - is an acronym that deals with having the right attitude and behaviors towards success. It helps us to know that talent alone doesn't guaranty success. Ability to have Growth mindset and taking positive actions - which lead to success, and also making repeated efforts that will later become an habits. Lastly, acquisition of knowledge is very important, and application of knowledge is power. Gathering of information remains the best way to acquire knowledge, and this can be done thru, search on internet, ask questions from people who know, reading of books and also practise as you acquire knowledge.

I attended a Sales Training at Dangote Academy and I learned (MARK) is Mind set, Action,Repetition & Knowledge. Also Secrets of Time Management.

It was an excellent training, I had a 5 five day program on customer relationship and communication skills. Although it was done on Zoom, however, it felt as if we were all physically in class because it was very practical with people, events examples on how to achieve and maintain excellent customer service experience, we also had group role tasks and assignments on Zoom The "MARK" (mindset,action,repetition and knowledge) principle for delivering customer amazement with extra focus on specific actions to take towards delivering exceptional customer experience. The story of the frog in the well and the frog in sea, really thought us how we shouldn't be so comfortable at a stage, we should endeavor to strive for more, because there are opportunities out there.

NLP is a life changing program. It changes my mentality completely and make little things i do on a daily basis matter more than i can ever imagine. The training is a must for people who desires to add value to their lives and career. It is covers career development, HR, customer experience, and a whole lot. We were taught how to handle an irate customer, how to relate with internal customers, AIDA MODEL (Attention, Interest, Desire and Action) MARK ( Mindset Action Repetition and Knowledge), 5 phases of a call, words or phrases that damage relationships, cross selling, upselling, marketing, sales and so many more. The NLP programme, I see as inspiring of high professionalism, it has thought me alot on how to manage my customers,work deligently, how to manage my time and to be professional/deligent while doing my work.it thought on how to achieve success while working towards your goal. I'll suggest this programme is frequently orgànized to train staffs especially in line of customer service/sales and marketing Ezinne Mba.

My experience in the NLP training was remarkable one, I got to understand more about my job as a contact centre consultant.

I attended Elite Sales and Persuasion Workshop and the experience was fantastic. My mindset changed immediately. I learnt more about building relationships which is key in almost all the aspects of our lives. I got to see sales in a different dimension and definitely when this is applied, our company sales will go beyond our imagination.

NLP training program organised by my company was a wonderful experience. Thanks to the management, and I wish to have more training program with them more.
