I dropped by to make an appointment for some brake work. Repair shop had a multi-day backlog (they no longer take appointments) but the mechanic adjusted my brakes on the spot, including new brake pads. Thank you!

Took my Specialized Roubaix in here for a long overdue service - everyone in the store were fantastic and Ryan walked/talked me through what needed doing and why. I needed to come back and have a few tweaks and, again, Ryan was patient and went beyond my expectations in terms of service and communication. Couldnt have asked for more - highly recommend!

Extremely attentive and knowlegeable staff. I felt important the minute I walked in the door. Timely delivery of service; my bike was ready when they said it would be. Went above and beyond and noticed some other problems that they promptly fixed. Great to have a neighborhood bike repair shop full of people who really want to help me enjoy the ride.

Ryan provides terrific customer service at this shop. My wife and I went in to swap a bike seat from her new bike for a slightly different model. The one she wanted wasn’t in stock, so Ryan tracked one down at another Trek shop and offered to have it delivered to his store. When we said that we’d visit the other store to pick it up, he called the other store to tell them to hold it for us. Ryan cares about the customer!

These guys are the best. They’ve serviced multiple bikes for me and are super fast. They’ve worked on my trek, non-treks, stationary bike, e-bike, you name it. I’d bring my car here before an auto mechanic. Grateful to live around the corner from such an amazing shop.

wanted to say thanks to the Oakland Trek store on Grand Ave. I guess I ordered the wrong size grips for my Dual Sport 3, the management team allowed me to switch to the grips I needed (Bontrager Satellite Elite Grips) free of charge.
