They coordinated with a local title agency to do a courtesy closing so i did not have to go to florida for the closing. They were great to work with and my mortgage lender as well as local title company worked with Brent and Jennifer to ensure a smooth closing…and we closed early so that i could close at the end of the month instead of the beginning of month, saving me a lot of money in tax interest. The emails texts and phone calls to keep me updated was awesome and much appreciated. They were highly organized and had all the paperwork ready to go when i arrived for closing.
