I cannot say enough good things about Precision Periodontics in Alexandria. I came in as a very reluctant patient, nervous about the whole process, but Dr. Daru and Francis went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, kind, and incredibly patient.
Dr. Daru took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which helped calm my nerves, and Francis was amazing in making sure I was comfortable the entire time. Their teamwork, professionalism, and genuine care truly stand out. What could have been a stressful and overwhelming experience turned into something manageable and even reassuring, thanks to them.
For anyone who is hesitant about dental or periodontal work, I highly recommend this office.

I had a frenectomy procedure done this morning and wanted to leave feedback about the positive experience I had. Zulema and the front desk team were friendly, and very helpful during the check in process. Check in was a breeze thanks to her. The procedure took less than 15 mins, and Dr.Zalewsky did a great job. Lastly, the Dr's assistant Azita was amazing. She talked me through what to expect before the procedure, and gave me a take home care bag afterwards. Really appreciated her level of care. Great job all around.
