Had an awesome experience at driven autoplex! Kevin was very helpful and easy to work with and was able to get me in the car I had always wanted. This was by far the most stress free car buying experience I have ever had! I will definitely be back when it comes time for my next ride.

I highly recommend Driven Autoplex for your next car buying experience. When I was shopping for my new car and mentioned to Kevin what I was looking for, he told me he would try to get me exactly that. Within a week I received a call that he found the car I wanted and offered for me to come by for a test drive. It was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had, and I love my new Audi A5! Thanks to the whole team!

Awesome place, they helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Everyone was very helpful, especially their service manager who was able to take care of my concern the same day I got my new car. I'm personally driving my friends here for their needs.

Sales people lie about most the things. Overpriced, purchased a str8 last year in October had scratches salesperson said they would be touched up and never were. They took more than 2 months to give me my tag, so I was with a paper tag for a while. Don’t care about customers just want to sale cars and take your money. Salesperson big dude with beard rude. OVERPRICED!

Kevin couldn't be bothered to respond with simple details regarding his location and if the modified vehicle in question had any documentation on what was done, when, and who did the work. I wasn't asking for a complete run down of what has been done to the car, I just wanted to know if it had documents. The location is listed as both Farmers Branch and Dallas; the ad on Craigslist had the location circled as The Colony. If Kevin exercised simple customer service then he may have sold me a vehicle but apparently, in his words, the car wasn't the kind of car you discuss over email and if I were serious then I would call him. Never mind the fact that I wasn't in a position to call him and I wanted to get the ball rolling today. It sounded pretty shady to me that he wouldn't even tell me the vehicles location of all things. The only reason I don't rate it 1 star was because he actually replied in a timely manner.
