I can’t stand buying a vehicle. The whole experience irritates me. We drove 8 hours to San Antonio to look at what initially appeared to be the perfect car. Pictures lie. We left after 30 seconds to turn around and head back home very frustrated. On the way we found a second car that had some concerning issues. Third car we found looked very promising but the salesmen at that dealership was a slimy used car salesmen trying to pull a fast one on us. Deflated we began the return trip home. My son found a car at Driven Autoplex he wanted to look at so we stopped by. Initially the location worried me but once inside the building we were tremendously impressed. All of the cars were housed inside so they were sparkling clean and protected from environmental damage. All of the cars were very nice, well maintained, highly sought after luxury vehicles. The sales manager Chris met with us even though they were closing in 15 minutes. He was down to earth like a regular guy. Nothing like the car salesmen trying to push a sale on us. It was storming pretty bad so we couldn’t test drive the car however he drove it with my husband and son so we could get a good feel for it. My son quickly decided this was the one. I’m ashamed to admit I was standoffish and at times downright hostile to Chris due to previous car buying experiences. I simply didn’t trust him through no fault of his own. From start to finish it took minimal time to purchase the Dodge Challenger. Cue the next concern. I felt like the straightforward buying experience had to be a scam and really gave him a lot of grief. Long story short they delivered the car to my house so we didn’t have to drive four hours back to Dallas. Our mechanic has gone over the car from bumper to bumper. It has been better maintained than we anticipated. Our son is in love with the car. We drove it and found its in such high quality condition. I truly feel we were sold the car at an extremely fair deal. Anyway the car was delivered today and I can’t say enough about how pleased we are. I even called Chris to apologize for my blatant hostility toward him. This is the diamond in the rough for sure. Skip the standard dealerships and check Driven Autoplex out. You won’t regret your decision.

The entire experience was as streamlined as it could be. Chris made this as quick and painless as possible without feeling like the usual arduous experience associated with buying a car.
