I bought a Trek Verve 3 in early 2024 and have been very happy with it. They were very accommodating, adding the accessories I purchased and making sure the bike was perfect at pickup. This week I had a problem with the chain and stopped by. They fixed it on the spot without charge. Trek is priced at a premium, but the product and service make it worth it.

This was my first time shopping at Trek. Staff were super friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. There was no attempt to upsell and the staff member actually agreed that I was better off buying a cheaper product that was suited to my intended usage. I'd recommend these folks to anyone in a second.
