Had my brand-new Trek stolen recently, so I needed a replacement right away for triathlon training. I went to the Queen West location and had an amazing experience—from choosing the perfect replacement bike to getting helpful advice on preventing future loss. Jake and Pedro (the manager) went above and beyond, making the whole process seamless and stress-free so I can get back to riding again. Truly phenomenal and outstanding service!

I bought a Trek Verve 3 in early 2024 and have been very happy with it. They were very accommodating, adding the accessories I purchased and making sure the bike was perfect at pickup. This week I had a problem with the chain and stopped by. They fixed it on the spot without charge. Trek is priced at a premium, but the product and service make it worth it.
