This was my first time shopping at Trek. Staff were super friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. There was no attempt to upsell and the staff member actually agreed that I was better off buying a cheaper product that was suited to my intended usage. I'd recommend these folks to anyone in a second.

. I love the idea/ability to give a free quote as this further helps to boost my understanding of the general mountain bike - I have lots to learn/catch up on . Products that you provide to customers (sell) - I had to purchase brand new pedals for my bike the other day. The old pedals are very standard in which these new pedals emit a modernized look

This store excels at customer service. You are greeted warmly and all needs are taken care of well. I have bought my last two bicycles here and keep coming back for service. The store manager acted as my advocate when I had a warranty claim for defective parts and the issue got resolved immediately.
