Fantastic customer service and a large range of all your camping needs. I've stocked up on my camping kit from this store over the years, with my most recent purchase being a Blackwolf mattress. Which, when I got home, I thought I'd been given an older model, so I went back in store to exchange and instead of treating me like the Muppet I am, they properly blew up the mattress in store to demonstrate it was the right model - which it was. No fuss, no complaints, all with a smile. Super refreshing in this day.

I always balance finding a good deal with outstanding customer service.
I found a good deal with Tentworld for a Coleman tent over a year ago. Unfortunately, a couple of stitches came off after using the tent a handful of times. It was clear it was an issue with the tent, but I was unsure if I would get any support as the warranty had already expired.
I contacted the team at Tentworld, who requested a few videos and pictures. Within a few days, they confirmed by email that they would replace the tent. They organised a pick-up and sent me a new one.
This level of customer service, which we all expect, is rare. Thank you, team; I will be back!

Needed a 9-person tent I'd seen advertised on the EOFY sales. Called ahead to see if it was available in store as most sale prices these days are online. The girl was kind and helpful. I rocked up and was helped perfectly by the young guy behind the counter. Fast efficient and great service. Will go again when I'm in need of camping/outdoor stuff.

Is the best Tentworld in south Queensland way better than tweed heads..
Here they have genuine product knowledge and take the time to explain and demonstrate both physically and technically that the item is fit for purpose so you get a quality product with a warranty to back it up
I recently bought a 150 dollar torch from the tweed heads T.W.
The switch failed within a month they wouldn't even process the warranty let alone swap credit or upgrade. Do it yourself was the response....Burleigh T.W had a great range of torches including LED Lenses the ultimate torches and processed my return within a week and I upgraded to LED Lenser best torch l ever had stoked with it..
I highly recommend Burleigh Tentworld they actually go camping and know their stuff 5 stars

Edit: we purchased an RX-5 tent, but only received half of it... However due to certain circumstances we didn't find out until we went to use it over 1 year after purchase... We visited instore and followed up multiple times via phone, but no luck in sourcing the other half of the tent due to manufacturer issues, and the fact they don't sell the individual halves. After giving up on a resolution, the guys came through with the second half. A huge thank you to Wade and Riley at Tentworld Burleigh for preserving long after we had given up! Great service, and will be back.

The staff at Tentworld Burleigh are fantastic, they go out of their way to accommodate the customer. I called for a clearance item to be placed on hold during the week, when I got there, they placed the incorrect item on hold for me, the product codes were incorrect therefore the item that was placed was incorrect.
The item I was after was sold out. Product codes were incorrect, no fault of the staff. I travelled 50 kilometres for this item.
The staff substituted the clearance item for a similar product. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend Tentworld Burleigh. I will go out of my way to purchase from this store with future purchases.

Unfortunately we didn't 'need' the giant chair, so we didn't buy it this time round! Fun to sit on though haha

Absolutely amazing customer service. Arriving at around 2.30pm shopping and trying so many things out until close on a Saturday (Let’s be honest, retail workers would prefer to be at home chilling out on a Saturday arvo too). Nothing was too much trouble, allowed us to take some very expensive bits of kit out to our vehicle to check if it would fit. Knowledgable staff happy to help. Will come back down from Brisbane for the service.
