Great move with Swamp Rabbit Moving from very beginning to end. Estimator Allen was very professional, accurate, helpful and friendly. The crews for the load up and offload were also, professional, polite, very considerate, friendly and fast, I am sure I am missing a few names but the Lead both the load and unload was Averick. Great, professional leader. The load and unload crews were different but all were terrific. I believe their names were Jefferey, Isaiah, Ray, Evan, Owen and Derek. Good movers and men all! Highly recommended!

We were planning to move from SC to FL several months from now, but a major building pipe burst flooded our apartment, and pushed our timeline up considerably. Though we haven't moved yet, I wanted to sincerely thank Jenifer for her amazing professionalism, responsiveness, and kindness during an incredibly stressful situation. She actually visited our flooded apartment the day it happened to look at our furniture, which required stepping through puddles and avoiding a still-dripping ceiling. Afterwards, she was extremely helpful in planning a sooner-than-expected move. That was truly above and beyond customer service, and I expect the actual move will be just as smooth and problem-free.
