Almost one month ago now, I called Swamp Rabbit Movers feeling very overwhelmed with a last minute, unplanned move out of state. From the inital phone conversation through until the end, everyone I dealt with was extremely professional, pleasant, and all around compassionate. Ferron was awesome with the quoting process and reassuring my needs would be met. The group that did the packing of my belongings were prompt and kind. The star standouts were Dominic and Virgil. They moved me and safely delivered my belongings after a 6 hour commute to my new home. I am truly so impressed with how kind, caring, and polite they both were. They never made me feel like this job was burdensome even though I had an entire 1100 sq ft apartment and 2 storage units. They also were efficient, starting at 0900 and being completely packed by 1700. They unloaded everything in a very uniform manner and I am honeslty so appreciative. I would not hesitate to use this company again. For reference, they packed me (without any prior work done by myself), moved me into their truck, commute to eastern NC, and unloaded my things into my new space. It took 2 days.
