I just want to compliment Kevin and Conor for the excellent service they provided in helping me to pick out my Bontrager/Trek Starvos Wavecell bicycle helmet yesterday. Kevin really helped to ensure that I had the proper fit in my helmet.

The staff is amazing and so friendly and knowledgeable. Vicki spent about an hour with me yesterday discussing tires, lights and saddle bags. She is even planning on calling me during the week to recommend a gravel tire for my Domane 5 for an upcoming VT farm tour. Great place.
