This is a really professional office! The doctors and staff are caring. The doctor takes time with you and and is patient answering your questions. If you're needing a knee replaced or anything knee related, Dr. O'Malley is your man!! He's one of the best!! I've also seen Dr. Mc Carthy for carpel tunnel surgery. I had both hands done at once. No issues or problems. Also the best!!

On schedule with appts., Dr. O'Malley is very informative on my knee surgery, took time to answer our questions,etc.

MD West One is the best! I have needed 3 surgical procedures and the doctors at MD West One (Dr. O'Malley and Dr. Doran) provided the very best care. The staff are professional and friendly. I need another knee replacement and will definitely be seeing Dr. O'Malley again.

Dr O'Malley is an amazing doctor and has a great bedside manner. I would recommend him to any person with an orthopedic need.

The nurse was very caring. She went above the call of duty. Today, Dr.O'MALLEY was very efficient and hopefully effective. The procedure I received takes hours or possibly weeks to kick in. I appreciate how quickly I was seen at the clinic. It will be wonderful to be able to walk again.

Receptionist was very nice that checked me in. Waiting seemed pretty lengthy before nurse came to take me back. And then another 20 to 30 minutes before doctor came in. Overall I love coming to MD West One as it's a new facility. Dr O'Malley is one of my favorite people/ doctors.

Dr. O'Malley is the best. I saw him for a torn hamstring. Super knowledgeable, caring, attention to detail. I highly recommend him for your ortho needs.

Very nice medical office. Dr. O'Malley is very nice doctor. I didn't have to wait long before being called back, nor wait long in room for doctor to come in. I had my first of three hyaluronic acid injections in my knee, and I was very nervous. But, Dr. O'Malley made me feel very at ease before he did the injection.

They got me in quicker than expected which was awesome. I really like Dr. O'Malley. He took care of my knee and leg quickly and gently. My only complaint was the wait time on getting my prescriptions called in. We live 2 hours away which made the wait extra long. In fairness, I probably put him behind schedule because of all my issues. This was our first time to this office and I like it a lot. Personable and helpful staff.

Those helping me were very professional. Dr O'Malley was great, personable and kind. I trust him and his recommendations. This was my second visit. The first visit was the same except for the receptionist in the second window. I felt ignored while standing waiting for her to acknowledge me. And she was rude when she finally looked at me. So my first impression wasn't good but the rest of the visit went well.

It's a very clean and professional place. Wait usually isn't very long. Dr. O'Malley is always a joy to see. Answered all my questions and gives you choices. Would definitely recommend!

Dr. O'Malley did both of my knee replacements....he is the best. Great explaining everything and was very caring through the process. Now working with a neck issue with Dr. Treves and he is equally caring. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have the 2 best orthopedic doctors. Dr. Rosipal for my shoulder and Dr. O'Malley for my knees. Both have the greatest knowledge, compassion and concern for my well being. I would never go anywhere else.
