If you're thinking of using Solosuit, read this carefully first. Back in June, I used Solosuit to help me answer a lawsuit in my city's superior court. Solosuit took care of everything, including sending the check for $238 required to process the answer into the court. A little over 6 months later, on January 12th, I got a letter from the superior court that the check was no good because it had expired already and to issue them a new check so they can record the answer to the lawsuit. Please understand... it took them nearly 7 month to even get to the letter solosuit sent them and the check had the disclaimer: VOID AFTER 90 DAYS. I guess Solo never figured there'd be a sloth-paced court out there that would take 7 months to open a letter! Anyway, I immediately contacted solosuite and they gave me two options, 1, refund me the $238 so I can send in the payment personally, or option 2, they can re-issue a check again for the same amount and mail it again to the superior court in my city. I told them option 2, so they did. They simply reissued another check and mailed it. It has been nearly 3 months since then and all of a sudden, a couple of days ago, I got a letter from my city's superior court stating that I was owing them for the filing fees on that case and that they haven't received anything from me, but now they had assessed a $49 collection fee to what I owed them. So now it's $287 instead of $238. I contacted Solo immediately and they confirmed they had mailed a second check which hasn't been cashed either and I asked them to simply refund me that amount and I'll just personally go over and make that payment in person. Solosuit suddenly told me, "we'll refund you $287 to help you cover that updated amount." I mean... WOW! This was not Solo's fault and they kindly went ahead and added the $49 collection fee that the court punished me with. And again, this is all the court's incompetence, yet making me pay for it... but Solosuit was kind enough to take that hit. If that isn't customer service... I don't know what is! Thank you Solosuit for going above and beyond, for taking a hit that you didn't need to take, and for restoring my faith in humanity (ok, maybe that's going a little far, but you get my drift). ๐Ÿ˜‚ But seriously, I'm very happy and I can't thank you enough for this.
