Goddard Veterinary Group Kingston-Kingston upon Thames

The worst vet surgery, and veterinary group, I have had the displeasure in experiencing. They regularly use temporary staff and locum vets, so each visit requires a full explanation of pet’s history, and the staff are not particularly friendly or welcoming (presumably this is down to the experience of working for Goddard Vet Group). We have been taking our pets there until recently, we stopped using this surgery as they recently dismissed the main vet and main veterinary nurse without informing patience in advance (presumably to save costs so they can use a locum). Goddard Vet Group are all about charging you a high fee and using scare tactics to push you into expensive procedures so they can charge you as much as possible. We switched to a local, independent vet in Kingston, couldn't be happier with the change as cheaper fees and a much nicer experience with staff and surgery. AVOID GODDARD VET GROPUP WHEREEVER POSSIBLE!
