If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. Due to a serious oversight, my dog was nearly killed. After what was supposed to be a routine procedure, they came back bruised and with a charred nipple. On Sunday, I had to call for emergency assistance and administer IVs. When the clinic reopened during regular hours, the veterinarian refused to examine my dog, claiming to be too busy and asking me to wait, despite the fact that the next client, upon seeing my dog's wounds, kindly offered to wait five minutes. I find this behavior completely unacceptable and irresponsible. It appears to be clear medical negligence.
