For starters, Joe was fantastic to work with for day 1. He was helpful and very responsive. He explained that he was out of grass fed, but put us on a list and got more 100% grass fed cattle. We picked up our meat in person and my son got a little tour of the farm. The meat is phenomenal! I can not imagine eating any other type of beef again. We got a lot of ground beef in our 1/4 beef package which has been really great. We just made a pot roast tonight and it was hands down the best I have had in my life. I will be purchasing from these guys annually!
