My family ordered a 1/4 beef which we picked up a couple of weeks ago. We’ve cooked some of the ground beef in a few recipes, and just grilled up a few of the steaks. Everything has been delicious! It was great getting to meet Joe, and we’re looking forward to taking the farm tour (and bringing our 2 year old along.) We’ve been impressed with Wanda Farm every step of the way, and are looking forward to November for the whole hog we ordered.
