Just tried the ground beef and it was very flavorful and juicy. Some really good quality beef. I bought an 1/8th of a cow and ended up with approximately 57lbs. I'm looking forward to buying a bigger share this spring.

I'm lucky that they come to my local farmer's market - Joe is the owner I've interacted with and he is always so pleasant and friendly. I love that I have the option of supporting this business and getting very quality products; their meat is delicious. I recently tried their beef tallow soap and oh my goodness, if you're an older individual or have extremely dry, sensitive skin, TRY THIS SOAP!!! Smells wonderful and I've tried a lot of very well-made natural soaps from a lot of wonderful small batch companies but this has by far been the most moisturizing soap I've ever tried.
