Wanda Farms is one of the highlights of my weekly visit to the Daley Plaza Farmers Market. I’m a vegetarian, but their eggs? I love them. The first time I got their jumbo eggs, I cracked open 8 double-yolks out of a dozen. That’s rare—and to me, it said everything about the quality and care behind their products.
You can tell just by the taste and look of the eggs that their animals are well taken care of. And that matters. It’s important to eat food that comes from an environment where things are done right—ethically, respectfully, and with care. Wanda Farms clearly respects their animals and their customers.
Every week, they greet me with kindness, consistency, and a product I trust. I hope they continue to grow and thrive, because we need more small farms like this—farms that actually care. I truly wish them all the success and support they deserve. They’re doing good work, and it shows.
