The purchase was simple and the shipping was 3 days, as advertised. This is a fantastic product, and well worth the investment in our opinion. Unless it's really pouring rain outside, our son - now 26lbs. - is in it daily on the trails. From the chirps, hoots, and other happy exclamations he makes, it would seem that he's in 7th heaven up there! Thank you for a well-designed, quality product. We'll be packing the boy in it until he hits the weight limit!
