I have to say all round great product. We really enjoy our G4 as does our 10months son. I have a 10 month old She is roughly 22 lbs . I have a big upper body and find it very uncomfortable to wear . I maxed out the side arm straps and they still almost pinch me when I am buckling . I have used it 4 times on short 15 minute ... See MoreI have a 10 month old She is roughly 22 lbs . I have a big upper body and find it very uncomfortable to wear . I maxed out the side arm straps and they still almost pinch me when I am buckling . I have used it 4 times on short 15 minute walks my shoulders come back very tired . I don’t buckle the center strap because it won’t reach .The reason this is still rather positive is because I can assume that if it didn’t fit so tight I would like it. My daughter has a lot of laughs and really likes walking outside with the air in her face . Good invention just seems more geared to smaller people . I wear a 2x shirt just to give an idea of what size I am.

Oh, and the products are being shipped from Hong Kong. I thought they were made in Europe, but whatever. Another disappointment.

The kid loves it. But it is very hard on my shoulders. The padding is not very good and the straps are way to close together. A design error in my opinion.Their support team did their best to make sure that i used it correctly, and i did.The kid loves it. But it is very hard on my shoulders.
