    This carrier is the most uncomfortable carrier I have ever used. I bought it as a christmas gift and finally got the opportunity to try it out last weekend. I couldn't bear to leave it on longer than 5 minutes walking around the back yard. My son is 10 months old and weighs 24lbs. Neither him or I were comfortable. It is very paining on the shoulders and overall very uncomfortable. I wasn't sure if it was just me who had the issue. My father tried it out and had the same issue said it was very uncomfortable and had to take it off before they got back.

    I ordered the minimeis carrier based off of reviews. As soon as it arrived I discovered it is not easy to get your baby into the carrier and then only your back. Once on your back, the weight is distributed forward and onto your neck, making you lean forward and is extremely uncomfortable. If your baby falls asleep, their head is unsupported and there is zero protection from any elements. I contacted the company to get a refund and was told I had to pay for my return shipping, being 10% of my order. On top of it, I was told I would be refunded immediately as soon as it was placed in the mail. I had to contact customer support a few weeks later to ask for my refund in order to get it. One star for poor manufacturing and even poorer customer service.
