The people in this shop are AMAZING! Last time we had a broken ride-behind bike for my special kiddo and they didn't have the part, nor could it be found anywhere to buy it as the manufacturer was no longer in the USA. So one of the employees (whose name I will leave off) took his own time to save the rest of our school year by making the part on his 3D printer and it was fixed better than new! And he had us up and biking to school the day after! We are so grateful!! He also of course fixed the easier things too.
