As a beginner, I’m glad I met Tristan during my first visit to the store. He went above & beyond in helping me pick a bike, test it & gave me useful tips for loading the new bike in the car. Tristan also helped me install a child safety front seat! Highly recommend this store.

After a recent trip to Amsterdam and riding a friend's bike to get around, I went out in search of a bike of my own. I walked in on a day that their POS system was down but Dino was fully prepared to help me find a bike regardless. The man knows his bikes for sure and is a really nice guy, all the staff is really. He got me fitted with the necessary accessories and I was able to get the bike a few days later. :)

Love this shop! All the guys on staff were super fun and helpful. They’re all really personable which made the experience even better. Dino got my wife into a new Domane SL5 and she loves it! Definitely head here for your bicycle needs

After putting in a deposit for a bike at a boutique store at the domain, I visited the Trek store that was close by. As soon as I stepped in, I was greeted and was advised to wait for assistance. As soon as Logan was available, he asked what I was looking for and provided me with all the options that was available in the store; there were plenty. He gave me his experience with a gravel bike and took a few bikes down for me to try out. Love that they allowed me to test out the bikes and there was a large parking lot for me to do extensive test rides to get a better feel and fit. I really didn’t want to get a Trek bike because everyone had one, but after my experience with your store, I can see why everyone has a Trek.

Kelly fixed my bike in 10 minutes on something I had spent over an hour on trying to figure out already. Then he just charged me for a part, even though I could never have done the labor he did to install the part. He also taught me how to better understand the issue I was having. It was my first time here and it won’t be my last after that type of great service.
