World class mechanics. I won’t use any other shop. They literally searched for the CAD file and 3-D printed a tool they didn’t have, just to properly set cable lengths on my Enviolo hub. They fixed my shifting range, which the last shop to work on my bike had reduced with improper cable installation. My hub requires accuracy to the mm for setting lengths, or else you lose range.

This Trek store offers some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! As a beginner, cycling felt intimidating (and expensive), but the staff made the process incredibly easy. They took the time to explain every detail of the bike and accessories, helping me understand exactly what I needed to get started. I’ll definitely be coming back for as long as I live in Austin!
