The staff at Trek in North Austin are all absolutely amazing. Talk about putting the customer at the center of your business. We recently bought 2 eMTBs here and Tristan, Dino and Logan all makes the whole process enjoyable and easy. We came here a lot when it was Bicycle Sports shop and was worried when Trek took over. But the staff and ethos remain the same. Well done guys!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Bought my first road bike here - a Domane SL which I absolutely LOVE! Everyone was so helpful to answer any questions I had, and even helped teach a newbie like me bike maintenance. They usually go out of their way to apply discounts to any accessories I buy. When I brought my bike in to check a problem, they just went and fixed it right there free of charge.
Overall, very happy I decided to get a Trek bike here! I still stop by frequently for various accessories. Would definitely come here for future bike upgrades.
