I highly highly recommend for all of your wedding dress / custom dress needs. I wanted to surprise my mom and get her wedding dress redone to wear to my rehearsal dinner, so I brought it in and talked with Monica and her team and WOW. These photos don’t even do it justice, they absolutely killed it. I got so many complements and it was so special I was able to wear this the night before my wedding. They even saved all the left over material for me in case we wanted to keep it. They treated it with such care and just blew my vision out of the water. If you’re looking for a trustworthy place to handle your dresses for your big day, this is the spot! Thank you Monica and team for everything you did ❤️❤️

The shop where I purchased my wedding dress recommended Luxury Tailors by Monica as the place to take it for alterations and I'm so glad they did! I had a great experience. The staff were all very helpful and nice. Everything ran smoothly and on time for my appointments and all of my preferences/requests were listened to and carried out with excellent skill. I asked for the extra fabric after hemming to be used to make cap sleeves on my dress, the end result of which I loved. And for my "something blue" I asked to have my wedding date stitched in blue thread on the inside of the dress which the tailors did and which is so special to me. I have already recommended Monica's to several bride-to-be friends and I'll continue to recommend them!

When I bought my wedding dress, I was nervous where to take it for alterations. Not just because I wanted a tailor I could trust with my gown but most importantly I wanted to transform my Grandmother’s and Mother’s dress for a rehearsal dress. I didn’t want to hand over this 70 year old dress to just anybody. Monica came HIGHLY recommended by two other girlfriends who also had her alter their bridal gowns. Monica transformed this size 00 dress to fit this size 12 bride!! The back of the dress had delicate satin buttons all down the back. She replaced it with a custom corset back!! Also, the dress had long satin sleeves she cut off to be sleeveless. This dress was hand drawn and redesigned just for me! Monica was able to make a custom pouch for me out of my grandmothers dress AND I was able to surprise my mom with a purse Monica also made out of the dress. Along side the rehearsal dress, Monica and her team did beautiful work alternating my gown!! I had some missing appliqués on my dress that they were able to fix and fill in. I would 1000% recommend Monica and her team to any bride-to-be!

Monica, the owner, is one of the kindest people I have ever met. I had an unusual request: repurpose my wedding dress into a burial shroud for my husband who is dying from cancer. Monica immediately jumped in. She communicated promptly with me via email and was flexible to all of my needs. We needed to work quickly, as my husband did not have much time.She found additional items that I did not have, which we would need to make this happen. She completed the project in two days. I did not have to do anything except drop off my dress and pick it up when it was convenient to me. The product she created brought tears to all of our eyes. It was as if my dress had magically transformed into a blanket. The stitching was very professional and the end product was better than I could have expected. You should choose Monica for all of your wedding dress needs, not just because she produces top-notch work, but because she is a good kind human. We should all aim to spend our money with kind, local businesses. THANK YOU MONICA AND TEAM!

They did a beautiful job in my wedding dress alterations. I asked them to add similar lace to the bust for a little more modesty and they were able to match the lace perfectly. I would recommend them to all future brides. I am picking up my dress this week from having them clean and restore my dress.

Monica and her team were so great for altering my wedding dress! They were able to fit it perfectly to my body and were able to add lace that I provided to drop sleeves onto my gown that looked gorgeous. My dress looked great and was tailored in a timely manner. Definitely recommend!

They showed me multiple options to bustle my dress and took a video for my bridesmaids to show them how to bustle it. I can’t recommend Monica and Luxury Tailors highly enough! I originally went to them for my wedding dress alterations, and now I take all of my dresses there. My wedding gown was designed to have a fitted look, and they tailored it perfectly—it hugged in all the right places while still being incredibly comfortable. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship are unmatched. Truly the best!
