I started going to Luxury Tailors after my best friend used them for her wedding dress alterations several years ago. I've had Monica alter several dresses and bridesmaids gowns since and I've always been very satisfied with her work. I highly recommend Monica and the entire staff at Luxury Tailors!

Five stars for Monica and her team! They were professional and listened to my every concern with getting my wedding dress altered to fit perfectly. I am 4'11", so needless to say there was quite a bit of length that needed to be cut off. I also lost several pounds between buying my dress the wedding day. I had several fittings over the course of a couple months, and I left with my dress fitting exactly how I wanted. I was so happy with the final result and would recommend them to anyone needing a bridal gown or formal dress alteration! I trusted them to steam and spot clean my dress after bridal portraits and before the wedding. I just dropped it off to be cleaned and preserved and I'm so excited to see it all finished!

She was able to alter the things I didn’t like about my dress and add things to even out the appearance of my dress as well. Monica helped me alter my dress quickly!!! My dress was a size 18, and she helped me take it to a 12! Amazing since no one else was willing to help with such an alteration!
I went back to have my dress cleaned and preserved. Her prices are the best in the area. Can’t thank her team and staff enough for making my dress perfect.

Monica and Melissa were AMAZING! I had several issues with my wedding dress as I customized a few items when I ordered it. The dress originally was a flat top (changed that to sweetheart) & had an equal high back like the front (I had the back lowered). When the dress came in, it was SO loose and kept falling from the top! The store shouldn’t have let me make those changes as I was going to lose a lot of support. Monica and her team rescued my dress. They made the top as tight as they could make it so it would hold up - they know what they are doing! Dress also came in too short (visible in the pic) and Monica was able to lengthen it which is how it should have been. They saved my dress!
They were so amazing to work with now I am sad I won’t see them every few weeks for fittings

In one word- WOW. Monica and her team of skilled seamstresses can make magic happen. I bought my dress in Dec 2022 and lost 50 pounds by the time the dress came in. With how much detail my dress had, it was vitally important I work with a seamstress who would preserve all of the beautiful details while simultaneously chopping the dress in half. Monica was available at convenient times and completely understood everything that needed to happen for my dream dress. We had several fittings and by the week of the wedding, my dress fit me like a glove and I’ve never felt more beautiful. Monica and her team are fabulous and I would absolutely recommend Luxury Tailor to any bride who has a keen eye for details. I’ve added photos of before alterations but clipped at the bridal salon, after final alterations in Monica’s and two photos from wedding day. Thank you!!!

Monica and her team did an amazing job with my wedding dress! I called when I received my wedding dress earlier in the year and she gave me the time frame in which I should bring in my dress so that it would be ready for my wedding. My dress is strapless and I wanted to add a slit near the knee and it turned out amazing! She took her time explaining which bustle would be best, and showed my sister how to bustle it properly when I picked it up. They were so informative and my dress fit perfectly on my wedding day!

Monica at Luxury Tailors is the best! I always knew I wanted to alter my mother’s wedding dress into a shorter dress that I could wear to my rehearsal dinner. I wasn’t sure how it would turn out or look, but Monica made the most beautiful shorter dress for me that my mom and I absolutely love. Not only that, but she also took the lace from my mother’s wedding dress and created a getting ready robe that I wore while getting my hair and makeup done on my wedding day as well as 2 purses for my mom and I and 2 handkerchiefs for my dad and brother. If you’re looking to repurpose a dress or even just get your own wedding dress altered, Luxury Tailors is absolutely the best place to go!
