What a fantastic experience from start to finish. Not knowing much about hot tubs, we had visited the Blackpool store and had our many, many questions answered by the staff.
Leading up to installation, Damien and Rachel were always on hand to advise on location and technical queries.
On installation day, Nino was absolutely fantastic. He was with us from 9am until 6pm as we also had a ground source heat put installed. He explained everything really well, including how to use the control panel and manage the chemicals in the hot tub.
10/10 for the Hot Tub Superstore, we would highly recommend them.

Amazing company, bought my G2 spa 10 years ago, been brilliant, this year needed a new pump, the boys come all the way from Blackpool to sound Wales, just over an hour new pump fitted and away to go. Brilliant service, also ordered some chemicals so back up and running now.

Fantastic service as always.
Our Hot Tub is a good few years old so a few bits need replacing. The engineer Paul was excellent, explained everything and saved us £650. Honesty and integrity mean a lot to us, we will repay this by remaining loyal to the Hot Tub Superstore, Blackpool.

Have just had our hot tub installed and from start to finish it's been excellent service from the salesman Peter from the Gosport Happy Hot tubs to instalation where the two guys gave all the information we required would highy recommend this organisation.

Had our Endless Pool Swim Spa installed a couple of weeks ago. The installation went very smoothly. We had chosen the R500 model as it has the biggest exercise area for its 4.75 metre length footprint. It has met all our hopes and expectations for resistance exercise to help keep my spinal disc problems under control. It also arrived a bit earlier than we had expected so we were able to keep cool in the recent heat wave. So all in all we are very happy. We also took advantage of the monthly maintenance contract as we felt we needed a bit of help keeping the pool clean and the chemicals in balance. The knowledge and experience the team bring have been very helpful.

We just recently purchased a Hot Tub. The service was impeccable. Very accomodating as we were using our own crane lift company Berry Cranes here in Northamptonshire. They ensured times were matched. The service guys were quick, polite, and happy to help. Great experience all round.
