Our Force 8 Hot tub arrived today as promised. The two lads that delivered and set up our Force 8 were really professional, chatty and knowledgable. From my first contact with The Hot Tub Superstore I was impressed. I have since spoken to Darren, who gave very honest and helpful advice on what chemicals I would and would not need, which avoided unnecessary purchases. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family. Thanks.

Had this hot tub now for about 9 months. Very happy with it and has been brilliant during lockdown. It replaced a previous tub we purchased from The Hot Tub Superstore also. Customer service is responsive and knowledgeable and delivery was smooth and socially distant. Couple of call outs have had to happen since purchase for minor reasons, lid lift fitting and changing the holiday let settings to normal mode which involved some adjustments behind casing. Tub is reasonable to run but more than the expected 38p a day. Still very happy with purchase and aftercare - would recommend the company.

This has been a fantastic experience in terms of customer service and quality of product. The team at Hot Tub Superstore are outstanding! They help with any query or question you may have. Yes it is a large purchase and not to be taken lightly BUT we have had no trouble with our hot tub other than a light needing a fix and the service team came within a day to sort it. We have had our hot tub for 2 1/2 years now and that’s what prompted me to write a review. The benefits of having such a quality product is sublime! We use it pretty much on a daily basis and the Michael Phelps Legend LSX 800 is worth every penny! It’s 70 jets really do pack a powerful massage punch if you need it. The filtration system makes it so easy to maintain water quality and running costs are not high! We keep it at 40 degrees c in the winter and lower it in the Summer. It tell you when to change filters or clean them! Couldn’t be simpler. We love love love it and have had no regrets purchasing this fantastic piece of kit!

From start to finish the experience has been brilliant. At first I had many questions which Chloe was able to answer via email and over the phone really well. We decided on the Force 8 Spa after watching all the videos and reading the reviews. The process of ordering was really simple and very quickly we had a delivery date after checking the access to the property was ok. The morning came for installation and the team were here promptly and got stuck in. Within an hour the Spa was in place and filling up whist all the packaging was gathered and put back into the van. Once full the team took me through the operation of the Spa and talked me through the chemicals that go into the water. The family and I love the Spa especially on these cold evenings we have been having. I have ordered some filters and chemicals from HTS and Darren was very helpful in suggesting what we needed. Everything was received the next morning. Would have no problem recommending HTS to anyone. Great products and service.

It was with some trepidation that we bought a hot tub without seeing it or testing it out! We had read countless reviews and compared models in our price bracket. Watched endless videos from manufacturers extolling the virtues of their product. But when it came down to it, we could not be more pleased with making our choice the Hot Tub Superstore and the Force 8. From the first call to Chloe in the showroom to the two guys who delivered and installed it, the communication was excellent, the patient answering of questions and, the competitive price for a well built hot tub made us delighted with our purchase. Delighted to recommend this business - they, as they say themselves on their website, give 'great customer service and value for money'. In our view, it is not a false claim.

Finally caved and bought a Legend 6 from HTS, after being recommended to them by my brother who got his HT from them a while back - and for this ‘recommend a friend’ we both received a £50 voucher towards a purchase which is brilliant when you need to order your next top up of chemicals and was a lovely touch for both of us. I’m so glad we used them - they are SO friendly, chatty, helpful and knowledgeable everytime you speak to them no matter who you speak to and I’ve always been happy to call them up for help if needed! The HT itself is incredible; such good quality and super luxurious, feels like really good value for money too when you get everything you need to get started included too, as well as the cover & steps which are essential. Due to covid we had to wait a little longer than anticipated for the HT to be delivered etc but we were kept up to date with it all and kept in the loop at all times, and when it was delivered and installed, they guys who did it were great. Would 100% recommend them to anyone looking at taking the leap and making that special purchase!
