We took a long time trying to decide which Hot Tub to buy, we wanted one that was efficient, economical, powerful and stylish, after extensive research and trying some out we went for the Legend 7. It is amazing! The size is perfect, the power in the pumps are incredible and it looks fantastic! The installation process was a dream and the guys that did it were very professional. I would highly recommend The Hot Tub Superstore and especially the Legend 7.

Recently purchased a Force 8. Delivered and installed within two weeks. Needed a complex crane installation which was carried out brilliantly. The whole process from order to installation was amazing. No hassle at all at any point. The team at Hot Tub Superstore took care of everything and their customer service was superb. No drama from start to finish and an excellent product. Even the ordering of extra water treatment was superb and easy to do. Thanks to all involved top service would recommend to anyone.

We have the force 8 it's fantastic value for money and large enough for my family of 5 .The service from everyone who works at hottub superstore has been excellent from the lads who delivered and fitted it to after sales nothing to much .we recommended to my sister who also bought one . Highly recommended.

Excellent service from Ross at the Hot tub Superstore, never to much for him to take my calls and questions, to the guys who installed my hot tub, and even when I called up to place an order, Darren was so helpful. I've found them so professional and helpful in every way. I cant recommend enough, were very happy with our Force 8, this hot tub looks great and very simple to use.

Recently purchased a hot tub from The Hot Tub Superstore. Got to say the whole process was completely effortless and we felt well informed and communication was great. Delivery was smooth and any questions we had were answered professionally. Would highly recommend The Hot Tub Superstore to anyone thinking of buying a hot tub. Tub was delivered and installed just a few days before Christmas 2020 and, in light of the year we've all just had with COVID 19, this was a godsend. Christmas Day morning was spent in the tub with my wife and two kids. What more could you want. Very very happy!!!

Excellent service from the very start, from looking at the showroom with Chloe down to the guys who installed the hot tub, and finally even ordering extra products over the phone with the shop manger Darren. They all have full product knowledge and help with every question. I cant recommend enough, were very happy with our evolution S2 with its great build quality and really simple controls, this hot tub looks great in the evening with the internal lighting and the external cabinet lighting.

We have just bought a Legend 6 and we absolutely love it, the lights and sound system are fab!!...Also very relaxing!!! The service was brilliant, the guys where friendly and a pleasure to deal with and spot on time. This was our second jacuzzi and they took the old one away for us no trouble at all. I would highly recommend this company as we have been customers for probably more than 15 years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

What a company from the first time We went in ,to ask for information ,to agreeing to buy one.The company was very helpful,they kept us informed when the hot tub was arriving.and what time it was being installed The the installation team was friendly and helpful.The after sales team ,can’t praise them enough very helpful,from answering questions to help buying items from the shop .The whole team outstanding,I would highly recommend anyone if interested in buying a hot tub to go to Hot tub superstore .

Dealt directly with Ross who is brilliant and very knowledgable. After lots of research we decided on the Michael Phelps 8. it aint cheap BUT is the best of the best, has 10 and 5 year guarantees on shell and motors and is fully insulated. It doesn't get any better than this. The music system is outstanding, clear and very powerful, the led lighting and backlit jets look too cool. The delivery crew were brill with training courses on water treatment and operation. As a noob with hard water and having watched all the uTube vid I could find I merrily added a capful of pH minus to get down to 7.2-7.6 range. after lots of capfuls and a fair bit of head scratching I discovered I'd need over 500g of pH minus. So a little tip is find a treatment calculator, use a filter when filling the tub. When you get to around 20c test the water, use the calculator and add the recommended amounts. Each time we use the hot-tub its reminded us of a few holidays in Vegas!! interest free credit over 3 years is compelling. You won't regret it!

Delighted with our new Legend 6 hot tub from hot tub superstore. It is so relaxing and a wonderful addition to the garden. The staff have all been brilliant from demonstrating the models through to installation and aftercare. The whole process took seven weeks. Great to have it before Christmas and can’t wait for summer. A great antidote to lockdowns and cancelled holidays.

I do think you’d make more money from the guys selling them out for lookalike pics though- Ant Middleton installing my hot tub - can you imagine
Even with a slight hiccup of having a scratched corner panel and the lid being the wrong colour was not an issue. It was dealt with promptly and without drama - we can not express enough how good the customer service is!

The team at hot tub superstore are super knowledgeable and professional, always available to assist in any way.
I was nervous about looking after my tub at first, but I need not have been, the team always answered any questions I had in the beginning with such care and efficiency and always with patience.
I feel confident in the knowledgde, that the team at the hot tub superstore, are available to support you long term if ever you weren't sure about anything, needed help with products for the tub etc...
I was confident with its care really quickly, and always felt reassured after speaking to them.

We had Darren and Pete come to us for the delivery of our Hot Tub on a dreary damp December morning. Drizzly rain and extremly cold but.... not one complaint from them. They installed my hot tub, which i was very excited about, asking all sorts of questions of which they duly explained to me. From the positioning to filling to adding the chemicals they were very good at telling what to do and what not to do. I even text them later that night with a question of which Pete replied straight away. Nothing was any bother to them, as long as i was happy that was the impression i got. Also when i rang Darren at the chemical department to get my extra filters, at half price i might add, he again was very good at telling me what i may need and what i didnt need. So my experience with The Hot Tub Superstore was absolutely fantastic, a big thumbs up to them, one extremely happy customer. And to top it off my first experience in my new hot tub was an absolute blast :) Thankyou Guys Well Done!! Oh and as the previous person said, definately get one with a sound system you wont regret it
