I can only describe the whole experience as excellent. From the minute we walked into their showrooms, to the minute their expert engineers installed our new hot tub it was totally hassle free! No pressures in sales room and very informative and friendly knowledgeable staff. Left us alone to mull over options and could have stayed there all day. Once decided a good deal was done and delivery date arranged. All went smoothly and God knows how they carefully steered our new hot tub into a Summerhouse enclosure and positioned it to the inch as requested! After service great too. There was a little issue with the fountain valve and they offered to send an engineer out, but being quite practice I offered to fit replacement and after they had sent the replacement part (free of charge!) with their telephone directions and step through instructions it was done. Great! After sales and consumables competitive too and delivered next day (well pre-Covid), in the hands of ParcelForce! Always despatched on the day though so can’t ask more than that. Thoroughly recommend this well established and trustworthy company and in these difficult days it remains a pleasure doing business with them. They deserve to continue to succeed. Thank you guys! PS the lady who answers the phone is charming, the face of the company!

Having spent ages searching and reviewing hot tubs we decided to go for the Force 8 from the hot tub superstore, the whole experience was made easy from the start to the installation and also the aftersales service is excellent, thank you all at hot tub superstore.

I decided to use the Hot Tub Superstore after weeks of searching through reviews and opinions on hot tubs over the net.
Although my initial reason for using them was due to the fact that they are the only official suppliers of Master Spas in the uk I was immediately impressed by the amount of excellent reviews for the company.
As with a lot of other people I decided to get a hot tub during the first lockdown and despite the long wait times that were totally out of their control the service from Hot Tub Superstore has been exceptional from beginning to end.
Every time I called up (which has been a lot) everyone has had plenty of time to chat and take me through any questions I have had.
On to the hot tub itself we opted for the Legend 6 , the delivery team were great and had everything filled up and sorted in a couple of hours.
The spa itself looks fantastic and the build quality is absolutely perfect.
Another thing to bear in mind is that you get the steps , cover, lifter , chemicals and delivery all included in the price. Other places tend to charge extra for these.
Don’t waste your time with cheap Chinese versions go direct to these guys, you will not regret it.
After sales care is also superb and all of their chemicals and water care items are very reasonable to boot.

If you are after a hot tub then go to the Hot Tub Superstore. The guys and gals are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
Had a bit of a wait due to the Covid issues and the fact that the tubs are made in the USA but it was worth the wait when the tub arrived. Solidly built and with all the required chemicals to get up and running, also piece of mind knowing that all the spares necessary are online to keep things running smoothly going forward. The installers were a delight to deal with and actually turned up early. I now look forward to going home on these dark winter nights. (By the way get one with the built in sound system- Wow!)

We have found the service from the hot tub superstore outstanding from start to finish. The tub was installed today and looks fab. Nothing was a problem for the guys who were very helpful. Can’t wait to get in it. The staff in the store are willing to help and have said never worry about asking if we have any further questions. I would certainly recommend them especially if your new to the hot tub scene

I have got to say what a brilliant company to deal with from start to finish.
I ordered my Legend 6 in June and it finally arrived on November 9th.
I needed a crane to get the tub into my garden, and what could have gone wrong on the day did.
However Ross, Rachel and Damian made sure that every single problem was dealt with swiftly.
I cannot speak highly enough of those guys, they provided excellent customer service and nothing was too much trouble for them.
We love our Legend 6, it was well worth the wait!
Thank you Ross, for the goody bag as a gift, it was very much appreciated by us all.

Bought my tub 3yr ago and the service still continues. These guys will look after you short term and long term. Would not go any where else when the service and customer loyalty is so good.
Buy all my chemicals from them now quick delivery and competitive price wins for me.

From start to finish, super service! We knew what we wanted after doing much research on tubs, aftercare, costs. We did lots of homework and opted for the Evolution 8. Master Spas and worldwide reviews gave us the confidence we were looking for. Not so much a party tub for us but therapy tub due to too many injuries! It's ideal for both and I find it so relaxing for my aches and pains. Makes a fantastic all round family tub also! Kids love it! We simply love it and even the care and maintenance you do is part of the fun. We had a few teathing issues at first with it all being alien to us but the hot tub superstore helped and guided us the moment we needed them. Super tub, super service, highly recommend!

First class service from a friendly and very knowledgeable team. They held a special offer for me when our new build house ran over which was very much appreciated. Chose the Force 3 as only the two of us but a super hot tub that can easily take 3 or 4 with plenty of space. From the sales process through to installation everything went as planned and would 100% recommend the team and their products. Online shop means I can get the filters and chemicals designed specifically for my hot tub.

We had our new Legend 6 delivered in August and we are extremely happy with it. The service received throughout the order / delivery period was excellent and communication was super. On the day of installation it was very hot but the engineer just 'got on with it' wore masks etc so kept safety as a priority. I would strongly recommend The Hot Tub Superstore if you are wanting to purchase a hot tub .... fantastic service

Had a tub for many years and decided to upgrade to a new larger tub. Purchased the Evolution 7 from here and great service from beginning to end - even with COVID-19 going on. The real stand out for The Hot Tub Superstore is their aftercare and support, which is really friendly and just as attentive as before we purchased.
One note I’ll make for any prospective buyer of the Evolution 7 - if you’re after a STRONG deep massage thing about looking at a tub with two pumps, however this comes from having a powerful tub before. As it happens we prefer the massage from our new Evolution 7, and have the ability to increase strength by diverting water jets using the knobs around the tub. Sound system is great, and the lights really shine at night.
Nothing is too much trouble for the team so if you’re thinking of getting in touch, take it from me - you should!
