I've had my Michael Phelps 8 for 2 years now . I've needed the teams support twice this year. I'm in Cornwall, they're in Blackpool and they still managed to get to me during lockdown. Just had Legend 6 installed excellent lads who installed it highly recommend them Only negative the control panel was faulty on arrival. But they changed it immediately if you want a hot tub go to them I'm based Warrington come view mine if your not sure jimmy Extra note while getting used to the PH values and bromine levels of water customer service has been excellent Had my hot tub six months now and really pleased customer service so polite and helpful highly recommend this company

I was in discussions with the HotvTub Superstore for a few weeks before deciding to purchase. I was reassured just by the way I was spoken to due during this time that they were not just trying the hard sale on me and it was always going to my decision. Once decided which model to go for they did their upmost to get it in the time frame I required it. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to purchase a hot tub, right from purchase through to delivery and install the whole experience has been a pleasure. .

Got my tub 4 years ago, ran into a problem during lockdown, Darren B and his colleagues sorted the problem over the phone (all very knowledgeable) , sorted the parts and it was something I could replace myself.....Boom..... hot tub working perfect again..... All the people spoken to are very helpful and superb service in my hour of need .

Had issues with my hottub not working, call and spoke to Damien who talked me through a couple of possible issue's. In the end it turned out to be a circulation pump, had one in store now fitted and back up and running fantastic to deal with and always there to help

It’s a five star from me. I bought a Hot Tub about five years ago. They were fantastic on the day nothing was too much trouble. Since then I have probably driven the team mad (I work in retail myself) asking questions about chemicals and filters. Worrying too much basically. I have never felt that I am a nuisance. Just this morning I called to check which filter I should order well you would think that I would know. However I was guided very politely to the right one. So pleased that I choose The Hut Tub Superstore. Thank you. If you are looking to buy a Hot Tub go for it and without a doubt if you get one from here you will not be disappointed.

We've had our Tornado 32A hot tub for 2 1/2 years now and the whole family still love it and use it most days. We decided to purchase from the Hot Tub Superstore after an informative conversation with one of their sales advisors and have never regretted our decision. In the early days balancing the chemicals took a few weeks to get used to but we spoke to their technical team who helped us with advice and tips and we soon got used to it. Update - had occasion to ask the technical team for advice a couple of days ago and this was given promptly and efficiently, and most importantly they sorted my problem!

I purchased an Evolution some 3 years ago as a surprise 40th for my wife. What a surprise and brilliantly executed by the guys. They even turned up, some 250 miles from base, with a card and birthday cake !! The hot tub is still going strong, and the guys are always on end of phone to help with queries etc. Highly highly recommended without any shadow of doubt.

Have purchased two hot tubs over a few years from Blackpool and have found the service to be second to none with amazing patience with after care questions. Always friendly and our hot tubs (G2 and Tornado) have been amazing. Wouldn’t go anywhere else if we want a future upgrade.

We bought our hot tub 5 years ago after watching Hot Tub Britain on TV. We had fantastic friendly helpful customer service from buying to installation. We love our hot tub and use it throughout the year, a few times each week!. Just after Christmas sadly the hot tub made funny noises and stopped working. I phoned Hot Tub Superstore on 2 January and explained the symptoms to Wes. He was very helpful in arranging for a team to visit to sort out our problem one week later. He phoned me a couple of times to update me on when the team would visit. Damien phoned me the day before to give me a time slot. The team phoned me 30 mins before they arrived. So I was kept fully informed.. The engineers quickly got to work. They identified that my pump had gone and quickly replaced it. The guys were friendly courteous and helpful. We were very happy to be back in our hot tub that night. Many thanks for excellent customer service!

Six months owning our Master Spa Michael Phelps 7 Hot Tub and we haven't changed our minds about Hot Tub Superstore. Great service and absolutely fantastic product. The Michael Phelps 7 is a hydrotherapy monster, if you are looking for a really powerful high end therapy hot tub I absolutely recommend this range. I researched hot tubs for about four years, I not an expert but an experienced engineer and I can tell these Master Spa tubs are absolutely solid, the quality is fantastic. I have had a couple of very minor issues such as a faulty spinner jet, struggling to connect the Balboa app and initially getting to grips with water care. However I have found the HTSS very helpful each time, they sent me a new jet without quibble, helped me through connecting to the wifi and are more than happy to spend time on the phone talking through any water care issues. There is one disappointment that I have had and that is the Inline "Smart" Filter which I paid quite a bit for, To be clear this isn't part of Master Spa it is a filter with a click-in pod that HTSS sells. You load the pod with Bromine tablets, set the feed rate and then relax as you know your water will be nicely sanitised for a few weeks. Sounds great and I like the idea. Trouble is, it doesn't work, sorry guys but the smart pod is junk. The Darlly filter itself felt cheaply made in comparison to Pleatco filters and mine started to fall apart (which was replaced, thank you) It's funny as I visit my local hot tub shop (Barnsley Hot Tubs) from time to time to buy chemicals and have a chat. The guy in there is very knowledgeable and very well respected in the industry. I mentioned the smart pod I was using and he went into the back and brought one out and he laughed about it. He said Darlly who make the filters asked him to do a long term test on the smart pod and he said he ran them on some of his display tubs for months. He basically said stop using it, they don't work and his explanation why was exactly the same as my findings too. You cannot set it to feed bromine with any consistency, the lower settings don't put enough in, and the higher settings put waaaaay too much in because the tablets dissolve too quick, as in a couple of days. With fresh tablets, the lower settings initially feed enough in but after a while when the tablet gets smaller and the surface area in contact with the water reduces, it doesn't put enough in. I had a disaster with mine, I loaded with fresh tablets and went away for five days, came back to pea soup and I had to drain and start again. I have now gone to manually adding chlorine and whilst it's a pain it's working for me. Starting to ramble on a bit now but in summary I wholeheartedly recommend the Hot Tub Superstore. Just don't buy the in line "smart" pod/filter, stick to the Pleatco filters and get in to the habit of manually adding your sanitiser.
