What can I say what an awesome pair of lads, nothing to much trouble told me any problems just get in contact and they will sort it, also thanks to the lovely sales lady anything I asked if she didn’t have the information she went and found it. I would highly recommend a visit to there showroom a fair few of the tubs have water in and a demonstration is well worth it. Many thanks to everyone involved a totally fantastic service from start to finish.

Just part exchanged the old hottub to a legend 7 from the hottub superstore and yet again the service was second to none we have used them before so we didn't hesitate to return for an upgrade, kept well informed about delivery date and the installation guys are brilliant, thanks guys

Purchased my Evo 7 in 2015 from Ross, recently had a problem with the main board. The Tech guys were great they confirmed the part needed and so I would have in time for Christmas flew the part in from the states.
Took about a week, I fitted and had a few setup problems which the tech team were again very helpful in confirming the setting up.
Now running like new.
After 7 years many companies won’t give you the time of day not here, Great work thanks!

We had a problem with the pH levels on our hot tub which led to our cover getting damaged due to a chemical imbalance. I contacted the technical team and dealt with Guy and I must say that his customer service level is second to none. He made sure he spoke to me either via video call or by a phone everyday for a week assisting me in what chemicals were needed to get the balance right.
After that I sent him a picture of the test strip until I was completely confident that it was right.
If you are having any problems at all with your hot tub do not hesitate to contact the technical team. Thank you for all your help Guy much appreciated

A fantastic service from the hot tub super store . I can not rate this company enough. From placing my order to the day it arrived was informative. Carlie and Wesley who delivered & installed my tub where both so lovely & friendly nothing was to much trouble & took time to go through everything with me not leaving until I was completely happy . After service is wonderful & very friendly. Guy on water care spent so much of his time helping get my water levels right & again made sure I was completely confident before going off the phone. Thank you all for a fantastic service.

Cannot thank Guy enough from Hot tub superstore he has been an absolute star,,
The kindness,support,patience and knowledge Guy has shared with me has been outstanding even at times FaceTiming me to get things right and give me confidence..
I was experiencing issues with my water and realised I may be on chemical overload, but with Guys support I feel I’m now where I need to be and fully confident in water care and testing, but also always safe in the knowledge that should I falter again in the future Guy will always be avail to help..
So if anyone reading this review has any concerns or unanswered questions regarding water care or anything to do with Hot tub after care then Guy is your man…

Worth the wait! The price was competitive as was the service. From start to finish and ongoing, the staff at Hot Tub Superstore were and are all outstanding. There is always somebody to answer your questions, pre and post sale. The gents that delivered the tub were undoubtedly the cream of the crop; they could not have done enough for us. Great service from my initial enquiry. Chloe from sales was super helpful and knowledgable and in no way pushy. She was honest and based on my requirements and measurements advised on the tub I had my eye on. She was also very honest about lead times, and they met the agreed date, and was also very helpful when sending details on measurements and access. On delivery day they were on time, pleasant helpful and professional. Liam completed the install and was patient, professional and knowledgeable. The tub itself is everything they said it would be and more. The aftercare has been spot on as well. Can’t recommend these guys enough, from start to finish. Great company- a very happy customer

Excellent customer service and products. Recently purchased a new cover for my typhoon hot tub which I have to say I have had for a number of years. Original delivery 14 weeks however I was kept updated and product arrived alot earlier than advised. Delivered when I was out but got a call from driver who offered to wait however arrangements agreed. I buy all my accesories from this company.
