I would just like to say this firm is outstanding I have had my 3rd hot tub from them and from buying the hot tub to installationthey were fantastic nothing was a problem. when I order spare parts from them they are so helpful and polite and always get it sorted . usually you get people to sell you a hot tub and they seem to be great then the aftercare it dreadful but I can honestly say that this is not the case with this firm are fantastic hence the 5 star's thankyou

We got our hot tub in August, when we went to the showroom they were brilliant answered all our questions with no pressure to buy. We decided which one we wanted and did all the paperwork and the delivery date was agreed. Between the ordering and delivery I have so many questions and they answered them all without hesitation. The delivery and installation was really easy and the two gentlemen who delivered it were first class in every way. Once installed we had some questions about the maintenance and again all our questions were answered promptly and politely. To be hosnest we use our hot tub nearly everyday all we absolutely love it! I would have no hesitation at all in recommending them, the service we received was first class.

We had our Force 8 Hot tub delivered yesterday. Here's our experience:
They arrived right on time. Guy and Ste are just delightful, funny, laid back and chilled. A quick survey of position and electrics and off they went getting it all installed. They really do pay attention to what you want with regard to position of tub and lid-lift etc. They just chat along talking about anything and everything, genuinly interested in ourselves as customers. Yesterday wasn't that much short of 30 degrees temperatures, still they got right on with fitting and testing :) Smiling and laughing the whole time - it could just be that they are both a bit mad lol! But our experience is that they are just simply nice people delivering a quality service.
While the tub was filling Guy gave us a thorough run through of water health and treatment . . . and once the tub was full a full run through of tub operation.
In all it probably took about 2 hours (including water fill of course). And we just can't thank them enough. We totally recommend them to new customers. We'll pop up to the Store for some Chemicals and Smellies very soon. And just to say thanks again in person.

After checking out other Hot Tub web sites and visiting a local dealer i decided to make my choice the Hot Tub Superstore.
Their web site was very easy to navigate.the product videos where very helpful,all the tub measurements and details plus pricing where easy to work out.
I phoned the Hot Tub Superstore to many times that i can remember to ask get answers to my questions, all my worries and fears where laid to rest, unfortunately i could not visit the showroom the phone calls very important for me.
I decided finally on the Tornado for me it was everthing i needed in a hot tub i had to delay the delivery twice as i was having the site built patio and gazebo.
The delivery day came the installation took about 2hrs everthing was explained fully before they left first class service.
The following days i have been enjoying my time in the hot tub after the stress of the working day the hydro therapy jets work really well on the back and shoulders.
I know that in the background a phone call away the Technical Team will be there to help me if i have any concerns.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the team at the Hot Tub Superstore especially the Technical Team who went that extra mile to make my experience a really good feeling. A BIG THANK YOU

The quality shows when you see the snow not melting on top of the hot tub lid!!!! Im not paying to heat the outside!
