The service was exemplary. We originally wanted a larger spa, however hottubsuperstore arranged a site visit and we realised that the gap to fit the tub was too small. They returned our deposit with no quibbles at all. We went back to them in November and bought a smaller tub. This was delivered, fitted and filled by their experts and also went through all the operations of the tub and how to use the chemicals correctly. It is no wonder that they get such high ratings! We use our tub at least twice a week. It has been great throughout winter as we have been outside and getting fresh air in the dark months.

Could not ask for more when dealing with the Hot Tub Superstore! Friendly, knowledgeable sales team at the front of house. The tub arrived exactly as arranged and was installed, filled and a demonstration given by the guys on how to maintain the correct chemical balance.
After sales service has also been spot-on. Prompt, friendly assistance was provided when re-siting the tub in our back garden, and with any other queries that we have had.
Some have said to us previously that there are cheaper tubs to be had - but I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for: the whole process from sales through to aftersales and through-life support has been well worth the investment. I would definitely buy another tub from the team... probably the huge swimmer if I was lucky enough to win the lottery!

Even the installation was great fun with a knowledgeable and friendly team who left us fully trained and confident in the usage and maintenance of the equipment.

Great Service from start to finish & they couldn't do enough to help. The installation guys even waited around in the cold & rain to make sure that the tub was all filled up & all working correctly. The hot tub is absolutely great & was fantastic value. We looked around at many companies before settling with Hot Tub Superstore & we definitely made the right choice!!!

Service is fantastic. From the date of purchase right the way through to delivery and beyond. When we had our hot tub delivered nearly two years ago. The two guys were amazing and made sure that we had all the information we needed. This has to be our best ever purchase, we still use it every week, especially during the winter months. We have had a fantastic experience from start to finish. We enjoyed going to the show room. Staff were attentive and helpful and gave us a lot of information since we were very new to this. The pool was installed exactly when and how was described. We love using it most days. It's nearly two years old now and we have had no issues. The interest free credit is excellent too and there are no hidden extras. Would recommend to anyone.
