Fantastic.
All the team from start to finish were so helpful professional knowledgeable and friendly.
They helped us choose our perfect tub which helps me with my health issues.
Every time we visit for chemicals etc everyone is so pleasant and happy.
I have been rung to make sure everything is ok and know they would be there if I ever needed them.

We bought the cyclone over a year ago now.. We love the hot tub been great throughout the summer months for cooling off (sounds odd but its true) and now in the winter.. Jump in and warm up while it's chilly all around.. We can't compliment the staff and service from everyone at the hot tub superstore enough, we had a great experience in the store itself, very helpful sales team very happy to show you round and explain everything.. And the team that came to deliver and install the tub were absolutely brilliant, and the after care has been spot on.. Little question about chemicals etc all answered with no problem.. To a few courtesy call just to see how we're going with it.... If you want a tub font shop anywhere else give them a call or pop in the store.. See what you could have if yiu had the space

I purchased my Hot Tub in November 2016 following a visit to the showroom, where I was met by extremely helpful sales staff who gave me loads of advice including valuable electrical installation requirements
Their installation team were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble for them despite the weather being cold and wet
The Hot Tub itself is excellent and is well used by the family (grand sons especially love it) best thing I ever purchased
This is a great company, plenty of choices, competitive prices, helpful staff and great after sales service
If you are contemplating the purchase of a Hot Tub - this is the place to go - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The Hot Tub Superstore has got fantastic customer service, nothing too much trouble. From the minute we walked into the showroom all staff was friendly, the staff even entertained our daughter. Very family friendly and would highly recommend. Aftercare service is excellent too, ringing us up regular to make sure everything ok with our new hot tub.

We received our hot tub in November and it is the perfect addition to our new garden. The service from the Hot tub superstore was amazing, we even made the 2 hour journey to the showroom and was greeted with friendly staff and a tea or coffee. It is worth visiting the showroom as you can get in the tubs which really influenced our decision. The advice the team gave was brilliant, and the aftercare is great and still ongoing if you have any problems. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for hot tubs as these guys are the best, great value and impeccable service. Thanks again

Ordered the hot tub online, received the confirmation phone call within an hour, straight from the start “excellent” prompt service, the tub was delivered as per date and time stated. Professional installation demonstration and advice, followed by post service phone call, from purchase through to set up the service received has been 1st class.
