We purchased our Spa from Hot Tub Superstore. I have to say that the installation team was extremely professional and had the Spa up and running in no time at all. We also had a few teething problems with the WiFi and a problem with a faulty jet, but the service we have received to date ( a week or so after installation) has been faultless. It is, I'm afraid, very unusual today to find a company which offers very good customer service, so please keep up the excellent work. Hot Tub Superstore is, in our opinion,, highly recommended.

I bought the evolution 8 from hottub superstore last summer. Everything from placing the order to installation was carried out without any glitches and in a professional manner. I made the mistake of not reading the order form about th electrical requirements (the need of SY flex cable) on the day of installation.
But the Installation team was kind enough to come back the next day morning to do it while the extension lead was sorted.
I am writing this review a year later, mainly to comment on their after sale service. There was an issue with pump function after the service and the technical manager Damien organised a free call out to check this out resolve the issue. The cover lift was broken due to gale force wind lifting up the cover! (Always keep the clips on, especially in aberdeen!). The team fixed the lift cover when they came out to fix the tub, which was a nice gesture from the technical team. The product itself is good value for money and oozes quality, but more important is the after sale service and the quality of after sale service is what prompted my review. I highly recommend the product (evolution 8) and the hottub superstore. Keep up the good work guys.

I have been very impressed with the company who I felt were very helpful accommodating me when I changed my mind a couple of times on the hot tub I was purchasing.i don't normally right reviews but when a company is still helpful after they have made the sale it shows a lot about them.

the installation was really good they arrived on time and told me everything i needed to know ... how to look after the filers /water its so simple so am now enjoying my tub everyday im sleeping better and no aching bones ...
