I can't speak highly enough of these folks. Bought our tub just over a year ago, the whole process was flawless, from the initial sales discussions and advice, through pre-delivery arrangements, delivery and set up, they really gave me confidence that I'd made a good decision. What I think really speaks volumes for them though is their after sales service, I had an issue with my tub cover, which was resolved really quickly and without fuss through the exchange of photo's and phone discussions; Branden was so helpful and exceeded my expectations on resolution of the issue. In an age where most companies seem to favour a less personalised online customer service approach, it's so refreshing to find a company that really demonstrates genuine customer care long after the sales process. Thanks again Branden and everyone at Hottubsuperstore, keep doing what you do.

First class service from start to finish, shame it was raining. Poor Carly got soaked.

First class service from everyone here. They’re understandably really busy, but I found them to be always very helpful, patient and importantly professional. We ordered a swim spa and they organised a crane and the install team made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend! PS we initially wanted a hot tub but the kids love the extra space of the swim spa - it’s amazing

From our first visit to view the master spa range, right through to delivery & installation, we have experienced great service from the Hot Tub Superstore. We opted for the Legend 7, and this is a great tub meeting our needs perfectly. It allows for relatively easy water quality management, and provides a wide range of different spa treatments depending upon your choice of seat. The dual pumps are powerful enough to supply a good strong flow through all jets. We have yet to put any music through the speakers but have no doubt these will also live up to expectations, having heard another spa.
All in all I would recommend both the Hot Tub Superstore, and Master Spa tubs.

Great service from day 1 hot tub installed in 2015 informative and friendly from day 1 … no problems .. aftercare service always good , Damien and Darren in particular… regular orders of chemicals to keep my tub immaculately clean .. even up until now 6 years on my tub is running well and scrupulously clean , thank you

After having our friends recommend Hot Tub Superstore to us we had a look at their website which was very informative and excellent videos we contacted the company and had excellent communication and correspondence with them, so not super just by company name but also by customer service and support, super company and really pleased with the product. Installation guys where quick, polite, and very professional. The and the tub we bought was the Force 5 and is very good quality and a great buy. I would highly recommend this company to all looking for a Super Hot Tub experience.

Absolutely super company and product!! From the fist call, to customer services to the installation chaps, Jake and Connor (who were superb!), the experience has been amazing. Price was extremely competitive, and the tub, we bought the Bermuda, is very good quality. Best decision we've made. Don't go anywhere else...I researched for ages and struck gold!

Having researched who to buy a Hot Tub from these guys came highly recomended. We had it installed at our holiday home in Wales but had been unable use it until recently. Sadly there was an issue with one of the pumps but after a quick phone call to the store I was quickly reassured it would be resolved immediatley. Dillion in technical was superb in communicating between myself and the team who would repair it. All went as planned and without a glitch. These things can happen with anything you buy but I feel this is worthy of a 5 star review for the speed and efficiency the Hot Tub Superstore offered in resolving the problem. I would not hesitate to recomend them and fingers crossed I only need to speak to them again to book a yearly service. Thanks Dillion the wife is a happy lady.

Always great customer service, very fast, efficient and fab instruction when experiencing technical issues/problem solving, or if you have chemical questions. I have needed quite a bit of instructing/tuition over the last 3 years and you guys have always assisted me with enthusiasm and excellent instruction, you've always taken your time to make me feel like nothing is to much trouble. It has been very much appreciated, so thank you, especially to Dillan whom has dealt with my numerous questions on many occasions. Absolutely wonderful company to order from. This is our first ever hot tub - the Legend 6. From enquiry to asking lots of questions to delivery and set up; these people are amazing! Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. On delivery day the guys were fabulous getting our tub into the garden and in place for us. Great sense of humour and very informative about how to use our tub. We can’t wait to enjoy it now!
