Had the Hot Tub for 5 weeks now and the service has been fantastic from start to finish. Initial contact and order placing was smooth and we received updates about delivery times. The delivery/installation team on the day were amazing and installed the tub in an efficient and professional manner - everything was set us for us before they left. We did need a bit of guidance on chemicals and although there’s lots of information available on-line, we decided the best people to advise us were the Chemical Team at HTS - after all they know their Tubs ! The Team are aIways happy to help and guide us through the process. The water care can be a little daunting at first but good aftercare sales and advice is only ever a phone call away. So very happy with our Legend 7 .......it’s awesome. The layout, the jets, the controllability of pressure and direction is simply amazing. Thank you all.

We purchased our Hot Tub in December 2018 and have been absolutely over the moon. We use it more or less on a daily basis and cant think of a better way to spend these lock-down evenings after a busy day in the office. We received delivery and installation of a Legend 6 yesterday and the service was excellent. The guys arrived on time and were very pleasant and helpful. If only all trades people were the same. I also contacted them for additional spare filters and they handled the enquiry very well. They are already on their way to us! We are very happy with the choice of tub and hoping for a long and healthy partnership! I can only recommend the Hot Tub Superstore most highly. Very well done and many thanks.

Excellent customer service from Ross, great delivery from Liam and colleague, fantastic post sale advice from Darren and generally an overall pleasing experience so far. I chose this brand due to the excellent reviews and well made spas from USA. Had our tub for over a year now. The service at the time of selling to us was fantastic, so much useful advise the whole way through. The tub since then has been perfect. No issues at all. Any silly questions i’ve picked up the phone even a year later and been helped instantly. We never saw this tub before it turned up and we couldn’t be happier. Buy from these guys and customer service is epic as standard.

We took delivery of our Legend 6 Hot Tub at the beginning of February 2021. Due to the national lock down we couldn't visit the show room. We couldn't fault the advise given by Rachel in sales, after a couple of emails and telephone calls, payment was made and delivery was arranged. On delivery day the two installation guys were great, set everything up and gave advise on the use and maintenance. I have placed an order for supplies with Darren, over the phone and he gave helpful advise as well.I wouldn't hesitate in recommending The Hot Tub Superstore , very professional and they know their products. I'm not sure how we have lived without the Hot Tub definitely the best thing we've purchased.

Received our new Hot Tub, our 2nd purchase form the Hot Tub Superstore following a house move, as before excellent service the team were very professional. even though we had a few challenges on the day they went above and beyond to ensure everything was installed and up and running before they left.
Can't recommend them enough would give 6 stars if it where possible.

Anytime you have a question they answered really quick, and delivery times for chemical has been awesome (next day!)!!!

We purchased our amazing LEGEND 6 in October 2020 and have been so pleased with it. Excellent service from the HOT TUB SUPERSTORE TEAM from delivery ( which was amazing during covid 19 ), to all the questions we asked once installed. We had seen so many other positive reviews we decided on Hot Tub Superstore after cancelling a previous order with a supplier that were not very helpful with our pre delivery questions. The quality of the LEGEND 6 is AMAZING! Rachel talked us through the features, and it didn't disappoint with the 5 seats plus a lounger, bluetooth system, fabulous lights ( including the ones on the case which are a great feature ), and all the jets and waterfall. We have spoken to a few people at the store for help and advice, and all are very people friendly and the customer service is great. Darren is so helpful on the chemical side, and really advises what is needed to maintain the quality of the water etc. All in all I would recommend this company 100%. Quality product with quality service! Exactly what you want when making an investment of your Hot Tub!

Just received our Legend 6 from the Hot Tub Superstore. Service has been excellent throughout the buying and installation process and found that whoever I have been dealing with to be knowledgeable and helpful. We required a crane to install the tub and this was all arranged for us and logistics on the delivery day worked perfectly. The tub itself is great and easy to use, helped by the multiple resources online which are handy to refer to for things like water care. Would not hesitate to recommend.
