Excellent customer service from the staff (& Jonathan, specifically, went far beyond what's expected). And excellent quality of Trek products . We definitely recommend this store, & the Trek products, to everyone.

Super knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! Bought my bike there and had them service it. Always satisfied. We were halfway through fixing a flat on my trike and couldn't get it right. Took it to Trek and they had it done in seconds. Even helped carry it to the car. Great service.
