Clayten did an awesome job setting me up with my new Trek FX Sport 4. I'm am just beginning my biking journey. He clearly explained the shifting with the bike on a rack and spinning the pedals. Made sure my seat adjustment was correct. Made sure I had all the accessaries such as cell phone holder, lights, carrying case, helmet, water bottles and had everything installed before I left. One stop shopping. They also did a tune up on my girlfriends bike and the tire and inner tube replacement cost was very reasonable. Excited to get started. Did a 30 mile ride yesterday and the bike is awesome. Trek Alexandria did fantastic. Ask for Clayten - he knows his stuff!

As I’ve said, before, all the Trek stores have different environments and passions about cycling. This store, the guys seem to have differing views on differing products and Cycling itself. They seem to want you to think about what you need and why you need it and how it will improve your ability to enjoy the ride! The conversation is important. It makes the sport more relatable.
