I've been a regular visitor to this store, but my recent experience was so exceptional that it deserved a review.
I was dealing with an issue on my road bike—a clicking sound that I suspected was coming from the rear wheel. When I brought it to Trek's service department, they went above and beyond by completely rebuilding the hub to resolve the problem. They even reached out to the hub manufacturer directly for assistance with the rebuild. I was truly impressed by the level of effort they put into this repair, especially considering it was a relatively inexpensive fix.
I highly recommend this shop's repair department!

The staff are always so helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. The Service Department staff have always done a great job and provide helpful tips to maintain my Trek Bike. They recently caught some bad bearings in my rear hub and did a great job servicing my bike.
