I have been a customer of trek bike shop for the last four years. I took my E bike in for maintenance and new tires. Mark gave me great customer service. He answered all my questions with patients and knowledge, and was also teaching and explaining to me the problem I was having with my bike. He also took care of getting my bike in a timely manner. I appreciate all the great customer service and the kindness of all the employees. Trek is the best of the best of bike shops thank you for always doing such a great job.

Had a big service done a couple months ago but hadn’t had a chance to ride till this morning. Went out for a ride and felt the shifting was a little off, came to drop off the bike expecting to have to leave it overnight but they fixed it immediately.
Big thanks to Matt in service who was super patient and helpful answering my questions, and he was able to get it fixed right then. Definitely recommend these guys for any servicing needs, they do great work.

I've been a regular visitor to this store, but my recent experience was so exceptional that it deserved a review.
I was dealing with an issue on my road bike—a clicking sound that I suspected was coming from the rear wheel. When I brought it to Trek's service department, they went above and beyond by completely rebuilding the hub to resolve the problem. They even reached out to the hub manufacturer directly for assistance with the rebuild. I was truly impressed by the level of effort they put into this repair, especially considering it was a relatively inexpensive fix.
I highly recommend this shop's repair department!
