Our office has used Shred America several times over the last few years. We appreciate that they are Veteran owned, we are as well. The entire process was awesome! It was quick and easy, from scheduling to shredding. Our driver communicated well and was extremely efficient! We will definitely use them in the future for all our shredding needs!

If I could give 10 stars I would. I called numerous other options, before I called Shred America. After about 4 calls and numerous inquiries online, I got a call and email from Luke from Shred America. We talked and he gave me an estimate (lowest one I got). Now came the making an appointment. I needed something fast, and within a short time frame. Luke made a phone call to the driver and the driver changed the route for the day so that he could meet my time parameter. Now the driver (I don’t remember his name) calls me when he is a few minutes away, he arrives, shreds, invoices and is on his way within 15 minutes. He was pleasant and kind. I wish I had more files to shred.
