If I could give 10 stars I would. I called numerous other options, before I called Shred America. After about 4 calls and numerous inquiries online, I got a call and email from Luke from Shred America. We talked and he gave me an estimate (lowest one I got). Now came the making an appointment. I needed something fast, and within a short time frame. Luke made a phone call to the driver and the driver changed the route for the day so that he could meet my time parameter. Now the driver (I don’t remember his name) calls me when he is a few minutes away, he arrives, shreds, invoices and is on his way within 15 minutes. He was pleasant and kind. I wish I had more files to shred.

We are a new customer and this was my first experience with Shred America. I was very impressed with the service provided. I was not sure what to expect but because the driver, Barry, stayed in constant contact with us, we were very comfortable and relieved that we would be serviced within the time slot we were provided. Due to our busy schedule it was important that we stay on schedule. Barry called us and let us know we were the next stop and it should be about 20 mins. Within that time frame he called and said he had arrived. All our items were ready and he was exceptionally professional and very patient as we had a lot to shred. Barry didn't waste any time, he worked diligently and was very fast like lightning, before we knew it we were done! Thanks to Barry, our busy work schedule didn't miss a beat!!
