We are a new customer and this was my first experience with Shred America. I was very impressed with the service provided. I was not sure what to expect but because the driver, Barry, stayed in constant contact with us, we were very comfortable and relieved that we would be serviced within the time slot we were provided. Due to our busy schedule it was important that we stay on schedule. Barry called us and let us know we were the next stop and it should be about 20 mins. Within that time frame he called and said he had arrived. All our items were ready and he was exceptionally professional and very patient as we had a lot to shred. Barry didn't waste any time, he worked diligently and was very fast like lightning, before we knew it we were done! Thanks to Barry, our busy work schedule didn't miss a beat!!
