We are so pleased with the bike we got a year ago and just had it serviced for its 1 yr service. And everyone is so helpful and kind and just takes great care of us and my bike when it's there.... love this place

I highly recommend this store, the workers there are very nice. The store has a very high quality selection of bikes, and the bikes they sell are top of the line depending on which one you get, and my ebike (Allant ) is very reliable. Trek bikes can get very expensive but it’s worth it in the long run.

I had a great experience at this very welcoming store. I got my son’s bike tires changed and also bought him a helmet. The store manager, Zach, is knowledgeable, and the salesman, Michael, is kind and helpful. I’ve been to other bike shops in town, and this one is by far the best.

They treat me (as a casual bike rider) with the same respect and courtesy as someone paying thousands for a bike. I really appreciate that. They are also super fast at repairs and price them fairly.

Really helpful pleasant guys that work there. Answered any questions and didn't give you that snooty attitude I get from all the other shops in the area. And they sell Trek it's hard to beat the value you get with a trek bike.

I came to the store today for a minor purchase. Zach was very helpful and informative. I appreciated that he treated me with respect and was not dismissive with regard to my age and small purchase. I will be back!

The store and bikes looked great. Zach was super helpful and answered all my questions. He helped me choose the correct size bike and helmet. He also got me set up with accessories I needed. He double checked everything on the bike to make sure it was good to go. Despite having several customers in the store at one time he managed to help everyone. I’ll definitely be back.
