No waiting in the reception room. Admittance was prompt. Staff greeting from the front reception to the dental technicians was pleasurable. Preparation for the procedure was succinct and thorough. The dental doctor was friendly, focused and gentle, despite the four shots given. Returning for more care is a given!

Went to Mission Grove Dentistry yesterday for the first time. Had a good experience.Very Clean and the staff was very friendly and professional.I will have to give it a five star.

I was very pleased with my service at Mission Grove Dentistry. Suzanne did a wonderful job with the deep cleaning and there was very little wait time. She answered all of my questions and was just so nice. The dentist told me what I needed done, and their prices were not as high as the last dentist that did work on my mouth. Mission was referred to me by my daughter-in-law, and she was right.

Great customer service. The entire staff were professional and friendly. I appreciate how they value their customers. They made sure I was comfortable, informative of the process of capping one of my tooth so I wouldn't be caught off guard. the Dentist and his assitant handled my tooth with care and I appreciate them both.

Also, among 3 hygienists I’ve encountered during years of visit. I would say that I only like one of them. I think it’s really up to you who you’re most comfortable with. Great service. The entire staff was so nice and professional. Appointment process was easy. The receptionist, hygienist and the dentist were all very nice. Loved the office and service.

My teeth are prone to cavities and it's a constant battle. I've been going here for over 3 years. Despite root canals fillings crowns I've not once felt any pain during or afterwards. The front office team are great and funny. Drs are nice and considerate, no nonsense. If you're afraid of the dentist I can say with confidence give this place a try. They want patients to keep returning and will do what they can when there's an issue. I think it's easy to get defensive when you're given big numbers to fix something but I think their prices are inline maybe a bit more but you're definitely going to get great dentistry and support. I'm the one that goes right to the negative reviews and typically won't do business if there's a pattern. Idk one business that doesn't have an unhappy customer but despite a couple of 1 stars those are very isolated situations. Chose this dental practice and you'll be happy and pain free. Floss and brush your teeth to save money.

I am a brand new patient who called with an emergency and the office got me in same day. The staff is wonderful and so very helpful. Plus both dentists there have 9 and 14 years experience. My old dentist office has a turnover of dentists and I’m tied of seeing dentist who just graduated and have no experience. I was quickly seen at the Mission Grove Dentist office and given an antibiotic. They are going to call to follow up with me in a week and if I’m not better than they will find me a specialist because I may need a root canal. What customer service and especially since I’ve never been to their office before. I am definitely making them my permanent dentist office and referring others to them.
