Staff is always very pleasant and very friendly. They always go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. The Doctor sent my wife flowers after our son was born, that was very sweet surprise. The dental hygienists are are great and have gentle hands. I have been taking my son here since he was 1 to start the dental experience as fun and friendly visits to get him comfortable. The hygienists were so nice and accommodating to our baby boy. Now he's 4 and he likes to go to the dentist.

I’m a regular patient now. I’ve been treat with kindness and value at this office. I appreciate all the dental work I’ve received here: fillings, a crown, and currently orthodontics. They will show you an overview of the prices before any dental work is done. I highly recommend this office. The staff is amazing!

Went into the office as a patient and Molly was my hygienist and did a great job! I was usually sensitive when I had cleanings done before but during this visit I had little to no sensitivity. I felt like she had a light hand but did a thorough cleaning , addressed concerns that she noticed and gave helpful tips

I'm SO glad I found Mission Grove Dentistry and I highly recommend them! I have sensitive teeth and don't particularly like going to the dentist because it's usually painful but I came here and was so pleasantly surprised at how caring, kind and attentive they were. They talk me thru everything, make sure I'm always comfortable throughout the appointment and always let me know what to expect beforehand. It reminds me of when I'm flying on a plane and there's turbulence. When the pilot announces ahead of time what to expect and reassures during that it's normal - my fears and nerves are always lessened and sometimes I'm just calm throughout all of the turbulence. When he/she doesn't say anything - I'm always way more freaked out lol This is one of the main things that stood out about Mission Grove Dentistry. No matter who I've seen so far at my appointment, so far, they've all been very caring and proactive in talking me through what to expect, etc. So far - I've had the best experience here and I'll be going back for a more in depth treatment which I'm nervous about anyway but I do feel more comfortable knowing they truly do care.

Took my daughter in as an emergency because her wisdom teeth were bothering her. Crystal got me in, crystal and Patty are the AMAZING girls in the office, I was able to get her in and got all 4 teeth pulled and back at school the next day. As always this office did a great job. I recommend anyone that has had a bad experience at a dental office to give them a try you will love it. My daughter got the best work done on her teeth. They took me on an emergency basis. I am from Irvine, CA and I had to spend the day in Riverside on business. I had an unexpected pain in my tooth and of course was too far away from my dentist in Orange County. I just walked in and asked if they would see me on an emergency basis and they were very kind and accommodating. I waited for a very short time and saw the dentist. Everyone at this clinic was nice from the receptionist to the dentist. I highly recommend this dentistry because they were truly awesome .

I consider myself the most difficult patient a dentist will ever work with. The thought of the dentist makes me physically and mentally incapable of having dental work. It's a valid fear from a horrible dental experience as a child. I am 51 years old and am so fortunate to be a patient at Mission Grove Dentistry. Not only do they care for my dental needs but they genuinely understand my fears. They do beautiful work and they have the lowest prices around.

Amazing patient care and customer service. My hygienist was amazing because she was thorough when explaining X-rays and procedures. She did a really great job cleaning my teeth. She was patient and allowed me to ask questions. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to purchase unnecessary items. So glad my appointment the previous day at Western Dental was horrible which allowed me to find Mission Grove Dentistry on Yelp. I will be returning and telling my friends and family.

I haven’t been to the dentist since my previous provider passed more than 5 years ago. Yesterday I went to Western Dental in Riverside and had a horrible experience. After leaving Western Dental, I found Mission Grove Dentistry on Yelp with 5 stars so I called and got an appointment for today. I am so pleased with Dr. Park and her team. The customer/patient service was amazing from front desk, hygienist to doctor. My hygienist explained everything to me before doing and while performing cleaning. I wanted to get consult for braces and they did during my visit without feeling pressured. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family.

I'm a new patient and was having some issues. They were able to get me in the following day. Once there the front office staff was friendly. I waited less than 10 minutes to go in. The x-ray tech was very helpful and explained what she was going to do. I saw the doctor who explained the treatment plan. The front desk then went over the plan, telling me what my insurance would pay. I again approved of the treatment plan and I was out the door. I appreciated the professional manner in which I was treated. I recommend them highly.

About 2 years ago I wanted to start my ortho treatment so I began looking at local businesses. I found Mission Grove Dentistry and decided to give them a try. I am beyond happy with that decision. The staff is kind, friendly, and they gave me any information I asked them in regards to my treatment. They also gave me resources on obtaining a payment plan so it could be more affordable. Now my smile is better than ever, I couldn’t be more happy. Dr. Park & her staff deserve 5 stars!! Also, a little FYI they have implemented great COVID 19 safety procedures that make me feel comfortable in going into their dental office during this time.

The Mission Grove Dentistry office recently provided me with excellent service in every way. First, the receptionist informed me of the COVID-19 precautions in the office. I felt reassured that the office inquires about recent travel and symptoms. Because I have quarantined completely except for the essentials, meaning I waited to return to the dentist, I was a little nervous. Nonetheless, the staff and the doctor made me safe and comfortable. Second, it was also a plus to know that the office also can explain everything in Spanish too. I will certainly recommend this office to my Spanish speaking friends and family. Finally, the actual dentist work impressed me. The doctor took the time to explain preventive care techniques, the ways to improve my smile, and encouraged me to ask any additional questions. Overall, my experience was exceptionally good, and as a new person in the area I feel fortunate to have found this office.

I’ve been coming to this Dentist facility for the past year and I have nothing but positive things to say about them. From Dr. Park to the entire staff, everyone is so kind and professional. Procedures and visits are always handled in a swiftly manner which I’m happy since I have to go to work. — Extremely important!! With this COVID-19 issue......The entire staff follows strict regulatory guidelines for the safety of their patients - minimizing the amount of patients inside the facility and everyone interacting directly with patients wear masks and face shields. Everyone else ensures to wear their masks. I felt very safe and comfortable during the procedures. Totally recommend this facility!

My very first experience started at the phone call with receptionist Alexis. She was very soft spoken, helpful and kind. The appt with hygenist Angeli went just as great, she was attentive, kind and had my 4yr old daughter engaged every minute of the appt including while cleaning her teeth. Then when the dentist Dr. Kara Park did her exam, she was also just as amazing as her staff.
